Looks like there's nothing happening on Weds so my next fix will have to be Thursday in the Jettas I reckon.
How's about doing the Public Grand Am series in the DP on Weds....it's a pretty nice drive.

Ah it'll be worth it just to buzz you every few laps then Mark!

Not tried the Riley yet but I see Legzy likes it so presumably it drives itself?

 laugh
Riley is funny actually, initial impression was, Wow! Then I got a bit frustrated as I "progressed", but I seem to have pushed on again & did a race in it last night that was very rewarding. Cool

So I'll be driving the HPD, Radical & Riley this season  thumbup1 having given up on the now rather dodgy NTM Star-Mazda Roll Eyes.

Was planning on running the Star Mazda this season as well but am just not happy with the car.

The Williams F1 is completely odd now too.

Lucky man, a good choice and I'd join you if I had the time. I might just have to stick with the Radical for now and hopefully rescue my lowly iRating.

My weekend race shows what a particularly stupid system they have devised for grading drivers.

Hope to see you on track soon then. Took me a bit to understand the NTM Radical, but concluded that good drivers can use rear wing 17 degrees & average drivers (i.e. me) NEED 26 degrees. I do loose a bit on the straight, but with drafting I keep up & I am 1,000,000 x more consistent. Grin

To be fair the system does normally work quite well.

You've just not raced enough to put your iR up to the correct level for your ability.

You very narrowly missed out on the top split. The iR adjustments after the race would mean if all the same drivers entered again you would actually make the top split.

What's wrong with the Star Mazda?  After seasons of gathering dust in the Legends team garage, I'm currently having a blast in it.  It's currently my favourite NTM car.

Where do you actually race said beast Legz? I dont think ive ever seen another srouk member in any online session anywhere in Ir (excluding when srouk ran some skippy races a long long time ago), though mainly because i never bother going online with iR anymore. The radical is about the only car i enjoy driving in it. Might encourage me to use the darn sim if i could race similar familar faces, preferably on tracks i actually own!

Helps if you people setup as friends then you can see what sessions there in and can join them. Rob and Gazza both seem to live on the iRacing servers lol

Which race(s) are you planning on doing Jimbo?

Not worth me sticking up a server tonight is it instead? Double header with reverse grid in something interesting?

Easy either way but if there's a few of us I'm happy to host something.
