As a matter of fact I do.
First of all it was during practice 2, because the last sentence you said was just after the next session loaded in qually.
Second, the rules were NOT discussed, only MENTIONED. Two completely different things.
A lot of things are being mentioned here and a discussion is never far away. One question was asked, two (different) answers were given. Usually this leads to a discussion. Better to stop it right away. If I'm wrong I apoligize.
If somebody has doubts what the rules are, it's normal to tell what the rules are. Never during the session did we discuss whether the rules are correct or not.
Where during the session did I say you were discussing if the rules were right or not?
The only reason the cut thing was brought up, was because somebody said: don't forget the cutting rule. Which might have caused people to doubt if they were up to date with the rules or not.
A lot of rules have been changed in the last few weeks. Reading the rules (as being mentioned in the race thread) would help. It sure would make my job an easier one
