Hi Guy's,
I have been racing with the Elise online a fair bit over the last week and I have to say it's been an absolute blast. I didn't realise how much fun these little cars are online  Smiley

I was wondering if there would be interest in a UKGTR Elise only race, possibly using the Hoskin's car set. What do you think guys? Anyone interested?

i like the idea, the single car bit, just to level the playing field a little more

perhaps force a setup for us lesser mortals who cannot do these things Tongue

I'd definately be up for a little single-model racing.

Maybe Monday evening would be a possibility?

I'd like to have a go at this too, I'm not really prepared to practice for it, as it'll probably clash with practicing my normal (N)GT cars. But I think it owuld be fun

As its probably a smaller grid should we talk to Smoothy or Shark or one of the other admins instead of running it on the main server?

I'm ok with running on Iains server, did you get your issues sorted out?

Like i said I'll def be in, but im not going to practice for it etc. We also have to decide on a distance, If its a smaller field a shorter distance may be better, something between 15-30 mins maybe, Perhaps doing multiple races Touring car stylee?

Why not do it as a mini season..... ?

Maybe a few short races would fit the bill?

I'm definately in for tomorrow evening if Iain's server is available.

I'd be up for tomorrow evening. Did 3 races in a row a while back on a BMW M3 only server a while back and it was such good fun. Much closer racing than when mixed.

OK, this is sounding good. I think we should:

a) Start a topic in "Announcements"
b) Somehow get it in the Calendar, Probably we'll have to contact Dave Gymer to see about this, although there may be other moderators who can do this for us.

Jamera, as this is your thread do you want to? If not im quite happy to.

Moved to the Fun Race announcements board and added to calendar. Wink
