Sorry folks, events have conspired against me - last minute phone call meant we had decorator today to make good minor scuffs after double glazing installation.

Well I enjoyed it as long as it lasted.
After 3 laps I started getting problems changing gear. Are these cars sensitive to clutchless changes? It happened once in qually too, but I had never had it happen in all the practice laps I have done.
Edit: Don't have clutch pedal on my DFP setup, so looks like I need to enable auto-clutch otherwise I break the gearbox! Doh!

Manual clutch kills gears, they have implemented something where it won't change down now if the revs are too high (I Think) I just leave it on semi auto flappy paddle with auto clutch and it works ok. What have they done to the slow down penalties!!! Ruined what could have been a great race for me. it used to give you 50% power for a couple of seconds, which I thought was reasonable enough to discourage too much cutting, but 10 secs of no power is just silly. If I can't figure how to reduce the effect I will turn cuts off completely for future events.

Brilliant race.
I really shoulda finished, a lonely 4th. Slowdowns' seemed to plague the front three, probably a result of close racing. Though I never had Reinhard, Anthony or Tim's, ultimate pace, I found myself in 2nd place, for a time.
I lucked into a 3rd place finish.
Grats Reinhard and Anthony, unlucky Tim. Thanks again gents, it was ace.

hi geoffers,
in this racegame you can not drive like in GTL,GTR2, or many cars in rf1, where you can shift with auto clutch OFF, but do NOT use clutch pedal, in GTL and GTR2 you do earn time if you use this technik (which i think everybody know, and is not a sectret), but in this racegame you destroy very quick the gearbox (if this is correct name) if you do NOT use clutch pedal with auto clutch off, so i do use auto clutch ON in this racegame.
and i think same as phspok, this track is bad for cutpenaltys or/and how they do handle, i got a 8.2 sec. penalty only if i come a little to much in inside of long start/finish straight, but then the timer did not start to go down and i had wait endless time, for sure much more then 8 sec. penalty this was.
but this is great car/track combination (as nearly every race we do in historec cup) and i did like the race, it was close and there was 4 drives which had could win this race, looks like anty had most bad luck and best chance to win this race, as he was 2xtimes in lead.

hi anty,
what wheel do you have, i have G27 and i am much happy. only in many cars i had to make more steering lock after update any time ago, think gT3 cars have only 600/13 wheel, (or similar to this), i did simply reset after the update any time ago my wheel setting to standard (where i have already setup saved in user data), then do make to my old setting like 890° (as i have in g27 logitech profiler 900°, but a little more early the wheel do stop, so only 890° i do in setup menü) and around 30-32° steering lock (which is similar to my old GTR2 standard from 540° and around 17-18°).
i am not far away from orginal FFB settings, but i did reduce the 4 last things, like engine vibration, curbs and so on... here i did in first 2 thing 0% (engine and one other i think), and in last 2 things around 25% (think last 2 things are curbs and one other)
i have a perfect feeling for G27, better as in AC (in AC often i got this rattle rattle in wheel tomuch, not only if i have a flatspot), same standard as in rf2 or GSC for me.

This was the last race for the E2H series. Congratulations to 1ST - Reinhard 2ND - Anty 3RD - Goldtop I am not planning on running any more R3E events over Christmas, there is lots going on as it is with Inter League P&G, F1 GTL test race, and Tony's Christmas Special. We will start in Jan 2016 with E3H which will be the same as we have been doing, but I might slip in an occasional guest spec race with a free car, or one of the ones we already use. Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year We hope to see everyone, and maybe a few new ones again next Year.

Firstly apologies for not making this one. Mrs Wiltshire had the day of work so I had a full on roast dinner waiting for me, not our usual Thursday night fare. Impossible to woof it down quick enough to make the race. Thank you Matt for a fantastic season, looking forward to the next one Saw on Raceroom today that there is an Audi 90 Quattro which could be fun for a single spec race
