Two more to go. Geoff has picked up the lead since Jos seems to have wandered off? If you like these come along, if you don't come along anyway P1 series after Zandvoort, and they are also very fast, but, for me at least a less awkward drive.

New FFB is out today, plus a host of physics changes:
- Formula RaceRoom 90 - Improved differential settings, less engine braking reduction - Formula RaceRoom Junior, 2, 3, 4 and 90 - Tweaked rear tyre slip curves to give more progressive grip drop off beyond the limit

Been giving the new ffb a try and it's very different to the old (for me non existent) ffb. Takes a bit of getting used to but for me it's a big improvement and makes Raceroom playable again. Just take the time to bind a few keys to activate the ffb display in game and to adjust the strength for each car as you're driving until you get the levels right. https://forum.sector3studios.com/index.php?threads/from-old-to-new-ffb-tips-info.17116/

wow love these these cars from raceroom the new FFB took a little getting used to, not quite feeling the braking anymore, hence the out breaking manoeuvre I made on Geoff at the start! sorry matey I just out braked myself and forced you wide apologise for that you were in front and should of had that corner. Other than that I made a few mistakes at the start but managed to keep the car on track for the rest of the race, these things are tricky to managed and can bite you very quickly if press the loud pedal a bit keenly! I do have trouble keeping the temp in the front tyres but i am sure its just a setup thing.
Grats to the podium and looks like Geoff has the championship well done dude see ya at the next one, not sure how these things will be at Zandvoort I thinking they might be a little difficult. just a note to the Phspok i did try the French track Paul Richard and it wasnt too bad for these F1 cars.

I felt the new FFB helps with these cars a lot however they are still too quick for me. Had problems with the VR tracking at one point last night. I think the Reverb must use visible light and not radiated IR as it drifts when the light's not satisfactory. Spent the 2nd half of the race pressing the reset view button more than changing gears! No idea how you keep any of the tyres warm, they're all green when I leave the pits but the fronts are stone cold before I start a proper lap. The rears join the freezing status half way around that lap. Fed up of the crew chief guy telling me my tyres are cold Still that's 3 races on the trot I've now finished, the real test will be the NSU race

Was keen to try the new ffb in these beasts so decided to join the fun but keep out of the way of any regulars in the series. Not sure why Eck kept letting me pass though but at least it meant I didn't finish last Hadn't had much chance to practice and only remembered after the race that Matt had kindly provided a driveable setup for us so I was struggling, especially on corner exit. Had a play with setup afterwards and I seem to have things a bit more under control now. Also noticed that not many (if any) have chosen the V8 in this series. Do you all know something that I should know? I shall try to join you more often now.
