Starting tomorrow night at 8pm on race2play at Valencia for round 1.
16 cars signed up already, including me. Smiley

So if you fancy some close racing in a one make championship series, get yourself signed up!
Hope to see some of you there. Smiley

As far as i can see R2P is now a pay to play place.

Something that was always a sticking point, you had to sign up a week in advance.

Don't think you have to pay. Paying just gives you benefits like signing up anytime and guaranteeing a place on the grid. Otherwise you just sign up normally and hope 26 paying members don't take all the places...not gonna happen!

Legzy my old chum, where have you been hiding? You know Porsches are the finest racing cars in the world Wink

hi spanner
you do not need to pay for races.
i do not pay in r2p too, i am guest member.

in GTR2 you always become a startplace, especialy if you are a guest memeber with not much races, then you are higher in start grip then guest member with more races (like me).
rfactor it can be different sometimes, much more popular this racegame is in r2p.

Just lost all interest mate. Can't quite put my finger on why. Wasn't even checking on these forums, but have started looking occasionally again, even if only to stir a little smile with the old Fezza's are better than Porka's debate whistling.
The single thing I have been missing, is the old week on week rivalries. I'm sure I'll have another go return to kicking your ass in another month or so Tongue.

I look forward to it Smiley  but your right, its the rivalries and banter that make the racing more special. Just a shame there isn't a 'New best thing' to get us all racing the same sim.
Even during the Porsche race the other night I was fondly remembering classic old battles with full grids at Valencia.
Ps, the first  race was good albeit Berger kicked everyones butt!

porsche GT3 racing again tonight for round 2 at the marvellous Laguna Seca  Cool  I will be there for sure!

8pm race2play. You need version 1.2 of Laguna (which is far nicer than the version 1 we normally use).
