Not fair. I'm retiring to a corner for a sulk.

Been told that I should wait until the 7th of Nov for my copy to arrive from amazon.de. If it does not arrive by then I can cancel it and get it three days later than everyone else   Roll Eyes.

Lol. I take it those sausages are popular in England now?

Yes I could be there. I see it's been installed now on the main server. Just need a time to meet!

I don't think I can make it this evening, but unless Picnic takes the server down for something the GTL server should still be running for anyone.

Ahhh!! Best laid plans and all that, by the time i got home, installed, tweaked setup and generally faffed around it was gone 10:30 so I didn't get too much time to play around with it.
Started a cup challenge in the Mini ( what a dawwwwg) tried driving it like a GTR car, pointing it where I wanted it to go, it went where it wanted to go. I soon realised with the Mini you just sling it where you want it Grin. Found I was a good 7 secs of the AI pace, due mainly to the painful shifting on the Mini, sooooooo slow, anyway I've disabled automatic clutch and auto lift and gained 3-4 secs a lap!!!!!!! ( mind you does wheelspin a bit from 1st to 2nd  Grin)

All in all I really like it and can see that GTR will be taking a back seat for awhile

LOL, no you get whatever each champ gives you.

You can buy most of the cars through earning credits. Not the GT40 though.

Are there any known 'cheats' to get the cars/credits ala rFactor?

Not that I know of, but I haven't looked them up either.

To be honest, unlike rFactor I actually wanted to win these ones as it's not the stupid upgrade process that rFactor has and the AI is fab so offline mode is pretty darn good anyway.
