Hmm, I thought having the Euro track pack would cover me for all the European races, but I don't seem to have this track. And I've only just got in tonight and probably would have had to miss this one anyway, as no time to learn it. Apologies, have a good one.

BTW: What happened last week with the race finish allowed set to 45 mins? did the race complete when all had
finished, or did it sit there for exactly 45 mins? I "think" I have finally sorted the results, and champ scores....

I don't recall noticing anything different to previous races. The results screen definitely came up fairly soon after the race finish, and we definitely didn't have to wait 45 minutes, so I guess it ended when the last driver crossed the line?

Only 6 people turned up  Sad  and once again I was a lot slower than everyone else.

It's a very good simracing game IMO, but if the turnout stays this low, I'll start looking for something else to race.

I also assumed it was part of the Euro track pack. Hmm my mistake.
I must have bought it seperately.
I was hoping to include Suzuka and Bathurts in the next season, if there is one.

The general idea is that we try to grow the numbers by promoting these series.
It's early days yet, the sim is not finished, I think it is already good enough to keep at it
for while yet.

And for once it didn't mess up the results file, maybe because there were no spaces in this week's names?
Only thing missing is the Beemer tyre make, which I don't yet know.

Well a couple of regulars dropped out because of not owning the track and another couple because these cars are very difficult (but very enjoyable imho) so no reason to panic just yet  Wink

Went for my favourite 935 again which was a joy to drive and kept me focussed throughout the race. Probably my favourite sim car even if it did try to kill me a couple of times  Shocked Nice to get a win to make up for my pedal trouble last week  Smiley

Hey Gents

Thanx for the race. It was fun. I made a few mistakes towards the end. But was enjoyable.

Thank you

And I haven't been there for the last 3 weeks, and will be back next Tuesday night, so will
be there for I think the rest of the series.  Grin

Not was my day. Many mistakes in qualy and race. In 2nd lap, in the last chicane I crashed my car and died.  Sad
Anyway I was 2 seconds slower than the rest so no chance for keep pace with the top 5.

Grats all finishers!

Cheers!

Don't be too hasty mate. I should be back for a couple of races and it is early days for this sim here.

Watched some of the race replay last night which is something I don't usually bother with. Excellent racing between Reinhard, Ant and Jim which lasted for most of the 30 minutes and was very close throughout  Cool My Martini 935 looked great on track too even if the body lines are fictional to avoid licensing issues...what a sexy motor  wub

Could Anty fill in his driver details part of his profile please? Then you will see a little flag next to your name in the results  thumbup1

The FabCar isn't fictional... http://www.supercars.net/cars/5321.html

Though it never wore the Martini scheme.

 Shocked

Thanks for correcting that Eck.....I had no idea. I'll be trying to find some RL laptimes now to see how it compares with the sim. Those pics look like recent shots of Laguna so shouldn't be too difficult to track down.

Was a good scrap for 2nd for a while. I was able to keep up only because Reinhard and Anty (I think) were slowing each other down. Sorry for the little bump under braking Reinhard - nice save.

I took 2nd in all the confusion but stuffed it in the gravel a couple of laps later
