well that was annoying...was solid in 3rd all race and catching busi by half a sec a lap..... with 15 mins to go. I was a few laps short of fuel.. so I had to do a splash and dash that me pressing return in panic too soon... led me to refull 34 laps worth! and to make matters worse... I changed tires when I didn't want too either!. (DOH)- so I lost 3 places from a silly error of mine. - then was too aggressive on the way out with new tires that I lost it and slammed the wall... game over! but that's racing for ya! Quite pleased I beat the track record tonight with a 152.585 (and poss fastest lap of race)? Up to that point.. was a great race! good clean racing from everyone! good drivers here! so thanks for that.. and cee you next sunday!

Hmmmmm.....I used 15 ltr more fuel for the final 20 laps than I did for the first 22 laps Wasn't going faster, pushing harder or doing anything different really so i have no idea why. Ran out of fuel just at the start of the last lap...in a cumfy 5th too. Grats Freq, and of course 2nd and 3rd for our two team pseudo drivers.

Sorry to the two Vertigos I bumped on the opening lap - Ade and Cobo I think - found myself passing one on the run down to Rivazza and then lost sight of my braking point. Let loads of people past in pennance and then stopped early hoping to jump Mr Boylan, which worked a treat. Car never felt right - very cold tyres early on, balance was terrible for the first 25 minutes, started to improve later. Big scrap with Mike Hammer's Elise and Ted's Vertigo but by then I had badly worn tyres and couldn't defend indefinitely. Busi's attempts to lap us weren't helping either - I don't mind letting a Vertigo through but when I'm in a scrap and the lapping car keeps making silly errors and forcing me to go back past it to avoid yielding a place to cars I'm actually racing it wears thin rather quickly. The end couldn't come quickly enough - MB's Elise was closing very fast at the end, with fresher tyres, presumably no engine health problem and probably more fuel too!

Titanic battle with Martin, I began to think we were glued to each other, thanks Martin, enjoyed that alot you made very few mistakes. Couldn't believe I was the only 911 Porka out there tonight Mark Jonzo where were you, I was hoping you might turn up with a trusty 911 I think I ended up 10th with an almost full grid, pleased with making the top ten in the only Porka probably one of my results with a full grid in the same class.
