(2) Championship standings can be found on the series page. fyi - The link takes me to the old season 7... not a big deal by any stretch , but thought you might want to know. Having only experienced the 1st 50 mins of the Monza Super endurance due to blowing my engine, I can't wait for this one. Also having put the time in for our Team Oldie Vertislow setup at Valencia (Mechanics working through he night), I can look forward to a much more relaxed build up this time. Go Team Oldie!

Just done some laps here and what a beautiful race track. Lots of nice long straights and lots of nice tight corners. Just like a street circuit so my perfect track Really looking forward to this.

With the long straights is it going to suit the under powered GT3's?

Probably not. You'll probably lose too much to be able to outbrake, and the hairpins require acceleration/power. Furthermore, this is probably the most tyrefriendly track, so winning with tyremanagement isn't gonna work, probably. The most important corner is the last one, very tricky one which can finish your race immediatly, but will also be the best area for overtaking (main straight).

I wonder if there is any chance of putting the start time back by maybe 20mins?
I know there was a vote for the last 130minute Super Enduro that moved it 40mins forward, but a few people missed out because of the large change & a few people made the start by the skin of their teeth.
Even though I made the last one myself, it's easier getting the thumb off the top of my head after 8pm.

I wonder if this one will be wet. Tonight's weather was thunderstorms and we've seen what the weather can be like in China this week!

Well none of us can really complain about suddenly being surprised by the weather during the race now can we!
Will we see a dry part of the track?
