Was really tempted to stay off this race tonight, but "cold turkey has got me on the run".
Qualified with a time 2 sec slower than training yesterday, so I thought, what the hell, lets drive while it lasts. It lasted for some time and after I started to think I might actually finish I slowed down automaticaly.
Was lucky that others made more mistakes than me, so I was gaining places. Was lucky also to close race with good guys who know what a fair play is and when to leave enough space to make it through the corner side by side. Don't know all who were close but I can mention Nevarn Richard, Purdie, Reign Man, Buckie and of course Mark McClean. Well done boys, glad to race with ya.
Hope you saw me in the same way and that I wasn't too pushy.
I ended 6th and despite a fabulous result (for me
) I can't say I'm looking forward to the Masters Endurance here.
Well done MJ for 9th place and too bad for Bernie and Darren - better luck next time.
Grats to finishers - all of us.
And to the front aliens. I'm speechless. Hats off!
