I noticed the race used Snetterton 2005, instead of the UKGTR version.
Damn, fallen for that one before on another track Too used to being hand held by Dave's installers hiding the non UKGTR versions and I never checked Sorry

Oh man, how cheeky was that. Gazza should attack Jeff as if he was Salazar!

Wow love that pic Ruskus Should of had pole here as i was up on Ruskus time every lap but kept making a mistake in the middle chicane! I knew the viper would kill me down the straight so i was more concerned about John behind me and we were very close for the first few laps until he made an error in the final chicane which gave me some breathing space. Tried to keep on the tail of Ruskus catching in the slow corners but losing loads on the straights. Thought i might get him in the pits which i did but not quite enough of a gap to keep ahead, needed to keep the gap about 2 secs to keep him off me on the straights, but he started realling me in as i didnt handle the traffic very well. Got held up a little on the "last" lap which let the viper get a run on me down the finnish straight which ultimately gave him the win by that amazing gap Shame it ended early but i wouldn't of caught Ruskus unless he made a mistake or his engine heath had of got very low. Grats Ruskus & JonM Was a great championship, Well done to teamate H@ll for 3rd overall and our team championship aswell. Also grats to Lazlow on 2nd overall. Thanks to everyone involved and those that organise all this for us

How do you get those cars looking so good Ruskus, Photoshop? Congrats to Gazza on the dominating championship, and to Lazlow and Hal for holding on to 2nd and 3rd from the hard charging aliens moving up through the ranks at the end of the season. I must say I enjoyed this series the most. The Lotux Exige was very difficult to drive and I had problems with tire wear on the back in particular but it was a decent car. The possibility to get the car on the podium in some races was there but I could never hook it all up. Thanks to the UKGTR team for hosting this series.

Grats for the title, Gazzer, Lazlow for 2nd. And H@l for 3rd (numpty!) Was sure your tyres were gonna go, like in all races here insofar. Waiting, waiting, waiting... then I had to pit. You had a good pace here, Manteos. Come join us again. After all, Enduro is just two Sprints. Hmm, which car to take for the next season? If I'll really take Marcos for GT1 then the only logical choice here is the Vipertanker.

Good race in the first half with Matt and Jose both trying to get past. Thought it was going to be easy early on as Matt would drop back alot through the corners but he seemed to find a bit more speed through there so couldnt relax for a minute. Then Jose was trying to recover back through the field and managed to hold him off until a mistake by me, then the leaders came through but i didnt want to lose too much ground so sorry i didnt let you through straight away Gazza. After the stop for tyres only i ended up about 15 secs to Jose but that dropped to around 10 so I was hoping on more mistakes by him. Then got surprised by the early end. Suppose we should have seen that there weren't enough laps or time for the race, guess we were to focused when sat on the grid! This season seems to have been one of the best with close racing all thoughout. Never thought i'd do this well in the standings, 9th and only three points behind MJ. Just wish i'd been able to run the first race now The new cars have certainly added a great deal to the racing, though i do wonder if some might need a helping hand to improve them as its clearly been a bit of a Z4 997 championship. The 997 has been a joy to drive which has meant i've reach parts i've not reached before! Thankyou to everyone who organised things this season. Looking forward to next season now Errr.. If we are to lose a UKGTR night i hope we still get to race this class.

TTom we'll surely see at the next PnG events! But my endurance career is started & finished yesterday... I enjoy more in shorter races, in Italy i run in a SuperSprint championship (2 races of 35 mins. and with the inversion of first 8 places of race 1) but that's my limit! Anyway only for PNG can make some exceptions and compete for one hour, but i think that's a lot more fun than GTR2...this is a matter of taste! Cu all soon guys!

When qualification started I knew that I only had to be within touching distance of H@L and TT to be in with a chance of getting a top 3 finish in the championship., and when I managed to do a pb and start 4th on grid, I was more than happy (and surprised!). The start of the race went well, I couldn't quite manage to keep up with the top 3 but I was just holding a steady gap of 1.5 sec in front of H@L. On lap 6 JonM had an off at the final chicane which let me through into 3rd, but he was steadily closing in on me and eventually got past. Awesome battle After the pit stops I found myself again in 3rd position, but once again JonM was just to quick and he retook his place, to leave me with a 4th place finish. Thanks to everyone for making my first GTR2 season a cracking one , and many thanks to all the organisers for all of their hard work Can't wait for the next season....Bring It On!!!!

Because of the drop in numbers this season we're going to swap one of the Tuesday night slots to P&G.
