Hi guys! Yesterday I tried a bit with Ayrton's setup, and the car was really good! I can give you some suggestion about setup. Put an asimmetric Tyres pressure between left and right tyres. Left tires has to be much more inflated (320 front-260 rear) than right tyres (210front-200 rear). Hard rear springs (35-40) and 60-70 on the front. Caster 6; Power 20-30% Coast 70-80%; anti roll bar 2.20. Hope that it will be useful guys Cu later!

LOL No wonder that I struggle against you people.
I have one tyre at the correct pressure and after that it's all cobblers.
My set up (Stop laughing at the back) Front Tyres 320 kPa Rear Tyres 300 kPa Rear springs 25 N/mm Front Springs 40 N/mm Caster 7.0 deg Power 70% Coast 10% Front ARB 1.6
I give in.

Guys... Work has been quite brutal on my lately. I must go into New York City again today. That will be 3 days this week, but I must remind myself I have a job and shouldn't complain much. I wish I could participate in the test to see first hand how close the racing is and try the grid order process. I have faith Gold Top will orgainize things smoothly.
Keep in mind a couple things... 1. Do not go out on track during the quali session. Gold Top will set the grid order manually. 2. Remember it is a long race (40 minutes). If you are in fact faster than the guy in front, be patient. Do not force your way through. He is likely trying to do the same with the guy in front of him so don't blow his race trying to get to the front immediately.
Drivers not on the spreadsheet will start at the rear of the field. If there are more than 1, then sort alphabetical Z-A (keeping with reverse theme).
Enjoy the race!

10% Coast Clive? When you're going to brake and downshift the sensation must be that of a Kayak in the middle of Atlantic sea !!! Not so stable i guess... Isn't it

Oh... don't forget to vote for the car set preference for next season's handicap series starting June 17th. I need to put the cherry on top of the track selection this weekend so the voting closes today. The ankle biters are leading by slim margin over the GT cars so if your heart is in GT, be sure to vote. https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=7955.0

At least the nose will come around when I lift in the corner. I have struggled from day one to get any of these cars to turn. at all! I don't hit brakes and gear shift at the same time. That is a certain "off" but once the brakes have started to do their stuff I'm ok.

I have faith Gold Top will orgainize things smoothly.
Having only briefly seen how this is done and without having the opportunity to practice setting the grid order.........what could possibly go wrong If I make a complete hen of it, please be prepared to revert to a standard quali session of 20 mins.

Isn't that program the GTR2 Dedicated server Manager 1.0? If yes, me or Ayrton can give you a little help to re-order the grid as you want. Cu later.

am back from my Spa shenanigans and almost all driven out...but cant resist a race at my home circuit ! Guess i am at the back as i was away for last weeks race? Not sure i like the idea of no qually session. Its going to make it very hard to make up any places in identical cars, other than those who bin it.

You won't be at the back MJ as the grid order will be determined from your position on the spreadsheet in the first post. Only drivers who have not driven here before in PnG will start at the back.

Despite being punted up the rear & losing my suspension in the process (losing me a lap in the pits while I repaired) on about lap 3, I did still quite enjoy making my return to PnG after a month off. I think I would have done quite well tonight if it had not been for that one moment, maybe top 5 even... but instead I got to drive round on my own at the back. Cheers.
