You've done all the latest car packs? the GTR2 1.1 patch? Had some fun around here last night, especially watchy Legzy struggling around here miles off the pace. Even gave him my Porsche setup having done a 16.1 with it earlier. Though even Oily has said he thought my porsche setups are undriveable, i guess i have a very smooth style with it so as not to provoke it any further! So which car will it be then Legz? Had a good stint running with Jorgen in the GT1's and looks like we might be close, both doing 2.07.4's which should make things interesting as by the looks of things everyone is miles faster Just hope i finally get to race this track this time having been dumped out just as the session changed.

it was fun last night Spanner (with Ade too) if a little frustrating for me. I'm currently leading the GTC championship (Shark missed a race ) & so I'm somewhat surprised to be almost four seconds a lap slower then almost everybody here. I'm beginning to wonder if swapping to the Porka at the last race was a bit of a stupid idea as I was a bit average at best there too really . I'm thinking of taking a different car rather then be on my own at the back & I see the rules state: Scoring Scheme All rounds count Penalty for changing car: 20% Number of changes allowed without penalty: 1 Points: 15, 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 So do I understand this correctly, that if I drive say the Viper (my 2nd swap) for the rest of the season, I'll lose 20% of my points earned for this race but all the following races will be back to normal scoring for me? Or do I lose 20% of my points for all futrure races too? Thanks in advance

Just for that race.

Managed to do a 2:14.9 in the Z4 ...but will more likely be doing mid 2:15's (I hope).

Can't get near Lazlow, despite hours (& hours) of trying & in five different cars too. I was quickest in the Viper having put quite a bit of time into it (2:17.2) & almost the same time in the Z4 (2:17.4) after a handful of laps (don't want to use that car)... 997 Porka & F430 were spot on the same for me (2:18.1), but I have zero consistency in the Porka. The Morgan is nice & feels fast but I'm just surprisingly slow with it (2:19.0). So think I will move away from the Porka sadly, but not sure what too yet as the Viper mullers tyres & fuel

GT1s - u guys really running high wing settings? Here? Well I tried higher settings on the wing (10-11) and my time stayed close to the same. The car felt better/safer in cornering but had alot more drag to it (slower topspeed) and I feel it's going to be "harder" both on the tires and on the fuel + it's going to be ALOT harder to keep up with all the "aliens" on the straights out there... SO I will prolly go with a wing 6-7 & splitter 2 if the weather stays the same. PS.. thx a bunch to both FreQ and Jon Moore for the (s)how last night...you really can push it around those corners. DS

I had been running 4 in the Viper, but after a bit of help from FreQ I found I am faster with 6. Thanks FreQ. Some one was saying on TS last night that you need a good balance as the track has sections requiring lots of down force, but dont forget the straights. Cant remember who said those wise words, sorry. This track requires allot of technique, we need a track guide. I am going to go and study some fast laps. (after the F1, go Fizzy ).
