For us this was a normal race, just with some people we don't know, for them, its probably more like a public server just with much higher grade drivers, there were only like 4(?) of them. If we can go there (they have a pretty good server too) and do one race and we keep switching the "venue" I see it becoming quite an event (say monthly or something like that) to look forward too.
Sounds like a good idea Fozz Glad you guys had fun, I couldn't race as I had to go visit my Dad in hospital. During the races I've had at GRC though, most of the guys there, even the newest drivers, are well up to league standards. Martin Steinmetz is one of the cleanest and best racers that I've had the pleasure to compete against

Martin Steinmetz is one of the cleanest and best racers that I've had the pleasure to compete against GRC driving on the whole is very good, I think the fact its not a league helps stop the mad lunges and makes people more willing to say "my fault" too. Sounds like a good idea Fozz I take it that's an agreement to host and organise your side? What do the SimRacing.org.uk admins think about this idea, I could post a topic as an individual, but I'd rather it go through official channels with calendar and announcement entries. More importantly I don't want to step on anyones toes. Fozzmeister

I like the idea Fozz as I don't think we really have the numbers of rF drivers in SimRacing that we'd need to sustain it at the moment. There's going to be some announcements about UKGTL Season 0 very soon, so rF and other things will be taking a back seat for a few weeks probably until that is complete. But once that's done we'll pick up PCC again.

I agree Shark, While setting up UKGTR S2 Enduro and UKGTL there's no need to go loopy and try and try and do everything at once :-) One of the plusses is it un-naturally bolsters the numbers from both groups, with no more admin effort than the usual fun race (I'll make sure any cross-communication happens). The GRC race on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday usually. Obviously Sunday is a bad day for us. Wednesday and Thursday are usually fun race days, and are only used maybe 30-50% of the time here, so a Wednesday or Thursday in about a 2-4 weeks time, then monthly after that? Fozzmeister

Thursday is probably going to be the best day in the long term. We also need to see what we will do with a rF championship after the next patch.

Only the Jan 3rd results are listed, I don't think we had server exports uploaded from the Jan 6th races.

I've imported them, although the GRC drivers who aren't registered (as far as I can tell) on the SRou forums have been entered as the "unknown" driver.

We should RaceCast enable our server, i can also watch races live on my laptop then, and when i get disco'd from a fun race I can watch the race and join when it finishes, instead of continaully refreshing the lobby. Fozzmeister

How do you mean "RaceCast" enable? It has the RaceCast check box checked when it's run, is that not enough?
