If anyone gets time to test these cars here and post some times for all of them it would help for me to firm up the availale cars

This one looks like another GT40 race for me, or possibly the Shelby Daytona.

I struggled with the Shelbies, and I never got along with the GT40.

Mmmm, just tried the Pantera with race setup I used at Brno, 2.21.0 after 3 laps. Anyone else anywhere near that, if not I'll try something slower.

I already suspected I wasn't trying hard enough! Some more practice required it seems. At least I know the circuit now - the old GPL one was so easy to learn, this one has so many more corners to remember. Does anyone else take a childish pleasure in sending the marker poles flying?

I`m not at home for the race but couldn`t resist to spin some laps ...
Pantera and 906/8 - 2:20 something in race trim, low 2:19 with race fuel and soft tires
911 2,8 - 2:23,3 monster trough fast corners but loses everything gained before on Hangar straight
Shelby Daytona - 2:24 but I did only 4 laps with almost default setup. Posible to shave some more time with refined setup.
Cobra - 2:25 ... too much understeer and realy hard to put the power down, actually feels like big and heavy car probably because of bad brakes and heavy engine.
GT40 - don`t know , was never good in that car

I'm trying to connect to the server but it won't let me - I can join other servers so probably it's not a problem at my end. Any ideas?
Edited to add: running off-line, I've got the 906 down to 2:20.98 - still a way off Animal Ed's time. I can't get anywhere near that in any of the other cars (so please don't ban it, as other people seem to manage similar times in the Pantera).

I am away, do we still have a server problem? or was it just that the server was offline for the GTL event? It is unlikely that anything will get banned so close to an event. I only ban things if my testing times are way out for a particular car. Different people being faster in different cars is the main point of what we try to achieve (though it doesn't always work.) I have started putting Provisional in the car list until the week before the race so I can "legally" change stuff without a court case

the server was visible in the lobby, clicking on it would bring up the password field, but hitting 'enter' or clicking the green arrow would have no effect. I can't check now because I'm on a different machine.
