Lost everyone else about 15 minutes to go. Carried on anyway as no idea what was happening. Just had Jeffs name and mine on the display and won easily with nobody else on the track. Ch-ching.

not really sure what happened to me, I was getting waved blue flags for the last part of the race, but no one behind me. there also seemed to be clouds of dust at certain points on the track as though some one had gone off.
Apart from that it was good to do a day/night/day race at Spa!

Standard ACC then, it still doesn't work. I hadn't touched it for 6 months, think I'll have another 6 off and stick to AC then.

According to Steam, 5 times more people played AC last month than ACC, a good indication of how broken it still is. The potential is there but way short of being finished.

Well, I'm playing nothing but ACC and only do AC for SRou races occasionally. Nothing broken about it until we use the server here from what I've played.

If you give me a bucket to throw up into and a VR headset, I'll try it in VR. Until then I shall enjoy the glory of 3x 27" monitors.

i had hoped to race as not tried ACC since about september, but spent half a day in the hospital and another half setting up my new Rift S / re-configuring my triple monitors as i had to do some re-cable jiggery to free up a display port. No chance for any laps sadly so thought best not race plus i didnt have the will after all that. Shame to hear ACC might still have issues but considering the big servers running it elsewhere with large grids i suspect it may be un-familiarity our end?

I haven't tried VR yet, I guess you don't miss what you've never had! sticking with 27" triples at the moment. I think I will need a PC update before I switch to VR
Well triples are very good , VR is similar in as far you're able to have correct FOV and see way more of whats around around you, and then it adds another bit more of the feeling of being there because its all you see, and turning you head doesn't run past the end of the screen

^this Maybe although there are in theory only the JSON files to instruct it. However I suspect the game is suitably buggy that if you give it a combination of values it doesn't like it's unpredictable rather than than reporting problems to you. Possibly as a result there will be no results for this event. I have practice and qualification but there is no race results file.

Must be something we are not getting right this end though as one server runs 50 car grids every Wednesday! you can read about it on the acc kunos forum, called big grid.

It's cause the game crashed during race, so no results file.

I miss read the messages then, I though some people got kicked not it all went AWOL. Might be we can't run ACC at the same time as other race servers, there are GTL events going on simultaneously on a Wednesday evening. That means testing on night when the server is unused.
