No server up Just started it, was running before so assume there had been a lobby problem and it needed re-registering. but just the usual warning here for Brands, which is that races set to time end earlier than expected due to laps bug. I would suggest to set races for 18 laps We are running a UKGTR version, are you saying that still has the problem still or just the original?

I just tested the track and yes the race will finish early if set to time, it needs to be set to laps, it should be set to 19 laps to get just over 25 mins racing time.

Good fun tonight in the panoz, although I seemed to get slower the more I drove it. I think my early braking must have caught a few out ......felt a bit like the little old lady who can't work out how she sees so many accidents Nice to have a different race format for a change, but I was really too nackered to enjoy Race2, so decided to bail out after a couple of messy laps. Thanks again Legzy and crew for your efforts

Great fun, this GT2s. Bestestest class to race. In first race I just couldn't get close enough to API in his Panoz in my F430, just not enough speed to use agility on the corner entrance and faster exit speed was eaten up on every straight. Then I made a mistake, gap was 1 sec and API stopped looking into his mirrors. He just drove away then. Well done. Second race: last minute adjustments worked and decided to use the last setup of quali - fuel included. Rookie mistake, I had to pit right after start and this ended any top scoring dreams - too bad. I think I was competitive, especialy as I qualified in front of Busi. Well... Was fun catching people from the back. Am proud to be the only one that took different cars for tonights event.

Not too difficult, as I DQ'd myself in first Quali and didnt set a time in second Good fun in both races starting from behind. Race 1 lots of mistakes and couldn't get too high. Race 2 went better and caught Spanner who was leading with 5 laps to go. He defended well and I failed to overtake him once, but then he went off and I took it easy in the lead to win. Good racing all

Not too difficult, as I DQ'd myself in first Quali and didnt set a time in second That explains why I had people behind me on the grid. You were very considerate of my novice status Busi but when I found myself in front of you for the second time, and by then had seen how fast you were going to go without me in your way, I pulled over and let you find your playmates. I enjoyed my outing in GTR2 but still have trouble coming to terms with the level of grip. The default Panoz was quite nice to drive but I still prefer my Cobra 289 Roadster. The beating I took in the race was nothing to the ear bashing that I got for missing the first five minutes of Garrow's Law with my beloved. But thanks to Legzy for putting it on. Oh. And Merry Christmas.

You took a difficult car for your outing, Clive. I'm sure you'd have more more fun with less heavy work in almost any other car. @Busi: smartlips I was merely saying I expected a more competitive race with the Panoz bunch as the porker is much more of a match on a straight than F430. But after my noobish mistake...we need to wait for another Valencia chance.

Really enjoyed that, more, more more please!
Was holding steady in the first race behind the first 3 but just got a wheel on the grass coming down to Graham hill bend and ended up spinning out and was last. Then tried to see if i could catch up those in front. A few wayward laps around Clive meant i wasnt going to gain but i still pushed but obviously too much as i ended up hitting the barrier and loosing the rear wing.
However the race got my eye back into the 997 so the second race was more comfortable. With TT having to LAzlow going wide, and H@L just going backwards i somehow ended up in first and i noticed Picnic had worked his way up behind me! Was slowing managing to increase the lead but noticed Greg and Busi climbing up and with Pete not putting up much of a fight Busi was all over me. I thought i managed to hold him off but one lap he came straight past me down the back straight but he then strggled to keep it together and i managed to get back past. But a few laps later, not sure what happend, i didnt seem to brake enough for Sheene curve and went onto the grass letting him by.
I hope you realise how could it could have been Legzy how much less moaning from me there would have been last season lol

Great fun that last night. Was pleased to finish 6th in race 1 and 7th in race 2 despite not a single lap of practise Great close action racing throughout in both events and the cars looked great steaming through some of the epic corners of Brands Hatch. (look even better in evo though ) but this version of brands is superior to Races' GT2 class always seems to promote close racing, but this track and the short sprint nature no doubt helped that. T'was great though
