Title: Server Downtime 7.4.2012 Post by: picnic on March 25, 2012, 07:53:15 PM +0100 On 7th April the server will be turned off for most of the day as it's being moved to a new hosting facility in Cheltenham.

On Saturday 7th April 2012 we will be transferring Killer Creations servers from their current location at Centro data centre, to the Gaming Deluxe Suite at their data centre in Cheltenham. Please note Customer IP’s will not be altered throughout this process. There will be massive befits affiliated with this move which will see our network infrastructure upgraded, to 10Gbit interfaces and routine capacity will be bought online to service our growing customer base. Dedicated on site staff will be available to support hardware issues when they occur. The new cooling systems in the datacenter are Green 1.1 PUE. Please be assured we will do our utmost to make this process as smooth and quick as possible.
