Weather: Dry.
Tyre wear: Normal.
Fuel consumption: Normal.
Pit Stops: No Mandatory Pit Stop.
Start Type: Standing Start.

Notes:
(1) Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKGTR Rules (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=3349.0).
(2) Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R;group=356;theme=3)
(3) You will not be able to join the server without the car physics pack and track (see links above).
(4) Drivers are reminded that they must select ISDN as their bandwidth, otherwise the stability of everyone's connection will be reduced.
(5) Please use the Driver Details (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=profile;sa=driver_info) page to ensure that the league management software has your correct GTR2 'Driving Name' (not necessarily the same as your lobby name).
(6) The server will be set to 16.
(7) Please be aware that this is a 2 race event. At the end of race 1 the server will restart and drivers who are intending on participating in race 2 should rejoin the server using the same password and prepare for race 2

Race:          21:00 BST (20 Laps) - note: no warm up!

Pit Stops: MANDATORY PIT STOP. You must make a minimum of one pit stop during which you must take on at least 1 litre of fuel and/or change at least two tyres. You cannot take a mandatory stop at the end of the pace lap, or with less than 1 lap to go.
Start Type: Standing Start.

Race 1

fantastic race Qualified in 3rd i believe and got into 2ND and stayed there constantly around 2-4 seconds behind apex.

race 2

I got an awesome start (thought i jumped it though) and for the first few laps was in 2ND and less than 0.5s behind apex but then i span and couldn't get back up there, finished 5Th but cant complain as these cars are really hard to catch up with after a mistake.

All in all perfectly happy with both races. see you on sunday for LMP's

Decided to give up on the iR Streetstock race and decided to join you for the second race which was surprisingly fun.


Still think this things are too slow so it makes consitency rather too important. Make any mistake and you struggle to get back from it. Though that might be more to do with the lack of practise!
