Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read
Autopit="0"
Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Not really Paul as this is on the Fosters short circuit and not the International layout.

Please try to join online before race night (server running now) to test that you have no problems.

I'm not totally sold on these cars as yet. Really don't like this Mini and this Escort feels very dated in the physics dept imho. Think I've been spoilt by PnG but still, I'm sure they will provide some fun in race as always.

I think they will provide better racing at this circuit then at the last one. I chose them originally as they were so close in terms of lap times. In praccy I get almost equal times in both cars and I'm still not decided on which I will race with.

am installing GTL now will try and make it but cant guarantee it

How do you change it to Simulation mode for multiplayer and what is the mod called for the money and cars?? i have looked but cant find on no grip

Quicksilver cannot select the Escort online, well he can but he gets a mini everytime. I'm out of ideas. Anyone help?

Anyone else not getting the Escort online?

same problem in single player only gives me that one #6 mini even when i sell it. i chose 911rsr and still gave me a #6 mini even though i do not own it. ??? ??? :censored: :censored:

i aint got a clue gonne reinstall for next race and see. i dont think its a problem with server as it does it offline too with all the cars just gives me the #6 mini

I'm guessing you won't always be wanting the No.6 Mini then  ;)

Hard luck Tony you had good pace in the Mini. I discoed in pracci and was waiting for it in race, but thankfully was spared this time :sweatdrop:

The Escort was a bit of a handful tonight. Oulton's undulations combined with viscious curbs kept me on my toes all race. Glad to get away unscathed  :)

Had an amazing qually where I was in pole until the  :alien:'s decided to try a bit harder and sent me back to 3rd place. Typicaly by the end of lap one I was last due to some appaling driving errors on my part. Enjoyed working my way up the field and thanked my particular deity when Syd span of at that first right hander after the start/finish straight. Impossible to close on the two  :alien:'s but able to keep Syd behind me I was settling down for third place finish. With 12 laps to go I had a lost connection  :taz: :cursing: :censored:

I was :( - ups and downs. Good days and bad ones but it comes with the territory. I was REALLY ill three years ago and they said it would take five years... I didn't quite believe them  ::) Makes me very happy to be able to compete when I can...

Thanks Badblood. They say better late than never, so here's my contribution.  Thanks Tony for all your assistance and organising us all.  Really couldn't sort out my line etc until I was lapped by gt, then with flash of inspiration managed to break the 1:12 and put in a number of sub 1:12 laps.  Still too many visits to scenery, then I came around blind corner to find a Mini stationary, think it was Kurt.  In trying to avoid it I went hard into wall messing up suspension.  Pitted had full service and then continued with the previous mixture of good and bad laps until the end.

Pleased after having had a disconnect and having to reboot computer to have completed the race, albeit 6 laps down.
