Season 24 - Historic Trophy

A change for this season. All entrants will score and the handicapping has been simplified to align with other series. The observant will have noticed that this is the same track list as for the 65 Pros so if you can't quite be an alien in the 65's, how about the 66?

The races will be run as follows:

Car set: 66 F1 only
Date: Every second Tuesday from 15 January 2013
Time: no later then 9:00pm UK Time (30-60 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm)
Race Length: 50 minutes
Damage Model: PRO
Server: UKGPL_T7_2

Handicapping
Race 1 & 2 is a free choice of car. From Race 3 the Championship Leader and second & third placed drivers may be handicapped. All others have free choice & may keep the same chassis or switch for different races.

66's are new territory for me - if I can find the time I'd like to try out the tracks I am familiar with.

I'm sure you'll like them Bill.  Not as hard to drive as the 67F1s but more power (and hence more interesting IMO) than the 65F1s.  JR has made some nice drivable setups for the 66s, well suited to our ability level.  You will find them here (http://srmz.net/index.php?showtopic=7722)

I see this show is full every time out, but i voted anyway.

I'll be lurking around looking for a hole in the fence, especially at Solitude ::)
