Race Start Time: 14:00.

Weather: Dry

Tyre wear: Normal.
Fuel consumption: Normal.
Pit Stops: None required.
Server: simracing.org.uk GT1

Notes:
(1) Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKGTR Rules (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=3349.0) - especially the speed limiter starting procedure and the rules about in-game chat messages.
(2) Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R;group=4113)
(3) You will not be able to join the server without the car physics pack and track (see links above).
(4) Drivers may only change car once in the season without penalty.
(5) Drivers are reminded that they must select ISDN as their bandwidth, otherwise the stability of everyone's connection will be reduced.
(6) Please use the Driver Details (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=profile;sa=driver_info) page to ensure that the league management software has your correct GTR2 'Driving Name' (not necessarily the same as your lobby name).
(7) The server will be set to 26 slots, not 28.

Much more fun than the GT2 race last week, despite my lowly finish after just two mistakes on one lap early on cost me greatly ::) :laugh:

Why has Animal Ed got qually and race records when Truetom was on pole and Apex faster in the race?

No problem Prof actually I was about to ask same question ...

...and one more: last time in Spa I wasn`t able to take Saleen (my favorite car btw) ... I thought that problem was fresh install than UKGTR content than 1.1 patch (forgot it first time) ... but this time it is GTR2, 1.1 patch than UKGTR content ... do you have something else modified?

In meantime I will enjoy seeing my name as record holder.  ;D

About race: nothing much to say except that even with few small mistakes I was able to keep TT`s and Apex`s pace, not easily but I was there to scavenge something but, in penultimate lap I just couldn`t do that. It is against my principles when you race with decent people like here.

The ford gt isnt set in the gt1 class according to lm2i

I would have thought that would be the reason. There are a few cars like that.

That alone suffices for me to put Mr. Animal (  :taz: ) onto the throne. :) Point is, the scavenging was legal and should be made in an accident like this. Apex was a gentleman, let me pass back but Ed didn't have this obligation.
Btw, Apex, I didn't slow down any sooner than usual, it was just my tyres were out. :-\ All in all, I'm quite satisfied with the race as I didn't really count on MC12 being competitive. It was sliding all over despite the wing on 9. In the F430 I had the wing on 4!  ::)

great racing I'm sorry to you TT........          Animal Ed great gesture by you, but you had every right to the position..........        I agree with you on the clean fair driver thing that's why I too race here........ its almost like an ego less league, so I love my racing brothers here!!!!!!!        see you guys next week

I know what rules are saying, also know that I`m not here for result or whatever.
I`m here for fun so for me it is kind of irrelevant where will I end up as long as I enjoy driving and racing fair people like here.

Main reason why I`m still here and planning to stay ... but not for next race. Not at home.
