Race Start Time: 14:00

Weather: Dry

Tyre wear: x2.
Fuel consumption: x2.
Pit Stops: You must make a minimum of one pit stop during which you must take on at least 1 litre of fuel and/or change at least two tyres. You cannot take a mandatory stop at the end of the pace lap, or with less than 1 lap to go.

Notes:
(1) Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKGTR Rules (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=3349.0) - especially the speed limiter starting procedure and the rules about in-game chat messages.
(2) Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R&group=438&theme=3)
(3) You will not be able to join the server without the car physics pack and track (see links above).
(4) Drivers may only change car once in the season without penalty.
(5) Drivers are reminded that they must select ISDN as their bandwidth, otherwise the stability of everyone's connection will be reduced.
(6) Please use the Driver Details (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=profile;sa=driver_info) page to ensure that the league management software has your correct GTR2 'Driving Name' (not necessarily the same as your lobby name).
(7) The server will be set to 26 slots, not 28.

The practice server had the wrong password. It is on the correct password now.

Sorry about that. I do not think I have made that mistake before.

I did not realise that you meant the practice server password TT. I thought that you meant the password for the race until I read your 2nd post.

Oops, sorry. I would have redone the password sooner if I had realised. ::)

The UK is changing to BST (GMT+1) on Sunday morning so this race will be at 20.00 BST not GMT.

Hmm, this round doesn't appear in the championship! HELP.

Great racing all, really enjoyed that but a poor setup was killing my front left. Well done to everyone who's attended a race, and a big hats off to anyone who managed every round. Roll on S20 and the return of H@L :)

Nice race, grats all and Legzy for the title.

Very pleased, only my 3rd ever series win, adding a GTC Title to my existing GT2 (back in 2009 lol) & GT1 titles.

Was an interesting & busy race throughout. I couldn't really exploit the Viper power despite the straights available because most of the corners are quick (unless you had very low wings?) & I would lose out to much to the more nimble Porkers (& Morgan). I did manage to draw level & even nose ahead of TT a couple of times in the 1st half, but couldn't make it stick & was surprised that our (TT, Picnic & me) fighting didn't let Apex open much more of a gap. At one point Apex messed up his approach onto Hanger straight & it seemed like both TT & me would slip past, but we had the faintest of rubs (sorry) & lost the opportunity & also gifted 2nd to Picnic for a short while ;)
As penance, I obviously waited for TT but also had a rare chance a lap or two later to blast past half way down a straight but eased off instead as it didn't feel right to do the pass.
Pitted right behind Apex & would have exited behind, but you seemed to almost spin exiting you pit stall? Came round a lap later as TT was exiting, so that really was super close this week!
Then just kept it sensible for the rest of the race, lost over 2 secs trying to get past SRW to lap him, which meant TT was going to be all over me if he passed SRW quickly, but seems they came together & despite TT seeming to get faster with each passing lap, I hung on :)

A good close season where if TT had won & me 2nd tonight, would have meant a dead even tie on points & possibly the 1st ever joint winners after count back! :o

Thanks for doing server duties Pete, like you I hope to see H@l back racing with us soon!
