Please check the Season 28 details (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R&group=470&theme=6) regarding rules and the Professionals Trophy (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R&group=478&theme=6) in particular. As 2015 marks 50 years since these 1.5 litre engine cars were used in anger we are going to run the 1965 season in its original format. This season, races are to be run at 60 frames per second – please use this patch 60fpsV2newmod (ftp://ukgpl3.dyndns.org/Replays/Archive/Season27/60fps/) . Drivers must complete 50% of each race to score. The races will be run as follows: Car set: 65 F1 only Date: Every second Tuesday from 10th March 2014 Time: no later then 9:00pm UK Time (30-60 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm) Race Length: 40 – 45 minutes Damage Model: Pro Server: TBA Race List: IGOR Final Calendar as follows:
The provisional calendar may be changed at the discretion of the Divisional Moderator. Handicapping You will have a free car choice but have to keep it for the season. As the senior level competition for 65 mod cars, no handicaps will apply. If you would like to enter this series please submit an entry in the poll. It'd be nice to have all cars on show, but I'd only expect someone as fast as Hristo to take the BT7 bullet! Ray did well with it so far though 8). Shame it's not the BRM powered privateer cars, like the Lotus 24s! :-[

Was thinking of Honda or BRM, but still not sure, might even take the BT7 and take up the gauntlet, like Ray did last season! But I don't promise anything :P

Will dust off the BT11 and have a go

I was happy when I notice that the new season will start at last and it's great that the tracks of the original 1965th season would choose!!! BUT I signed in with the GPL-Racer were already three of ten races where run – first come first served ;) but my main prob is: the third until the 6th race overlap with the GPL-Racers races, shame! :( very shame to organize the championship on this dates because I planed a whole Honda-Season … So I could only take part sporadically, w‘ll see … I'm sry Title: Re: Season 28 Professional Trophy Registration Post by: Robert Fleurke on March 09, 2015, 05:22:16 PM +0000 Hi Uli, noticed you raced over there.
