rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Power and Glory v3.1 from:  http://www.gtlw.co.uk
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

The last Inter-League event was a heep of fun, and I would have loved to join this race.

However, I'm off to Argentina Next Friday on a 3 week vacation.

Hope there will another race later this year

Hi there,  :)

Always been very nice racing moments in interleague. I'm mostly on NoGrip, but as I saw that there seem to be no actual postulant to represent SimRacing, and that the NoGrip and GamersCrib ones aren't far from being full, I can be with you if ever you want.  ;)

@ Hotkeys : Yes there are, see there :

Hi Geoffers,

I just don't know at the minute.  I will do it if I can but I'm out playing with the toy cars on that day at a race in Oldham.  By the time I get home I will probably just want to have a kip!

Then there are "others" who might take a dim view of it too!  So not the best day for me.

This Thursday is iffy too!   ::)

Last evening, I ran off a few familiarization laps.  The 1974 variant is the short course cutting through the park and is of a sort that will reward better handling over brute power.  I, therefore, will lean heavily towards the 'vette or Cobra.  :)

GC. I may do actually if SROUK are short of drivers. Was hoping the Italian contingent would put in an appearance!

I can sign up to srouk as a maybe at present. I had automatically assumed this was next Thursday when I'm out. Should be okay but can't confirm until the weekend when I know what's happening for sure.

Great track, even in this shorter version. I'm rather clear rookie in GTR2/P&G but want to give a try of this masterpiece of historix modding. So, possibly I'm with SROUK for this event.  ;)

Just a couple of things to say before the races.

Can we all stick to the SROUK rule of keeping at least 2 wheels on the tarmac at all times. There isn't too much scope for corner cutting here, so it should not be an issue.

Also can we all take it a bit easy through the first few corners, this track is quite tricky & the chicane in particular has seen many a first lap multi-car pile-up. Lets see if we can all get through it safely.

Best of luck guys & have fun.  :thumbup1:

Entirely up to you Clive. I will add you to the list & if you turn up, great, if not, no worries.

We have nearly a full grid, so it should be exciting.  ;)

great race, lasted all of 2 corners  ::)  Got a clean start, made up some places then at first hint of a corner get hit from behind twice to first push me into the barriers then another punt at the first chicance that sent me spinning into half a dozen other cars.  Car was smashed to buggery >:(

shame as was great to see a full grid of classic race cars  :'(

Was some great racing. Actually I did put the "e" on the end, but it seems our forms won't accept that many characters
and I hadn't noticed  :hang: Appologies for the confusion.

Some good racing yesterday. Very nice to have such a big grid too. Somehow this is one of a few tracks where i actually like the chicane.
High entry speed and some 4-wheel sliding before powering out again. nice!

I couldn't really decide between the Fezza and the Cobra coupe for R1. Having driven the Cobra last time out i took it out again as i had a setup for it lying around, so i could concentrate on the track. Altough it looked like the Fezza was right at home here too.

First start was ok but i got tangled in the massive pile up at the s/f line. By then half the grid was out, so happy to see it got restarted.
2nd race went much better, with some nice battles during the race. but the best was on the last laps with Matt who was catching me fast and did a outbraking manoeuvre around the outside. A great move and i thought that was it. But i noticed him quite out of shape in and out the last corner on the last lap. So i carried all the corner speed i could and powered past again, with a +0.2 sec margin.

R2 was a good one too. Had a swarm of Alfa's zooming around all the time. Kept things interesting.Too bad MJ wasn't around anymore for this race as he was taken out on lap one from race one.
Thanks to all who participated and congrats to the podium finishers.

Apologies to [SROUK]Otto Legnaro for the tap in the 2nd lap of the first race. Things were a bit too hectic for me to find the 'sorry' button at that instance. Glad to see you recovered so well and could go on without major upset.

No problem Dominick, with so many different cars is difficult to understand the different braking points, the important thing is to take time to understand how to drive without accidents.
As for the chat during the race ..... I am opposed because it causes more harm than good by distracting drivers, usually the excuses I make them immediately after the race, but they are different points of view, the important thing is to have fun.

Thanks to the staff and to all the drivers on the track
See you next time
