The string that is posted in chat when you join should read: "PLP:running version 1.1,3-50-3-True-1.3-0.9-3" - if it doesn't, then you will be excluded from the results.

That's odd, just as MarkJ and I were about to cross the line for the finish the server disconnected everyone I think. Certainly got booted myself.

Was a fairly dull race until I span at T1 and then caught Bob and chased down Mark who was just too far ahead for me to catch. Another 5 laps I reckon.  ;)

Bloody server shut down on very last corner, had a good race regardless.

Time counter after race finish was too short ...

all i needed was 1more lap, i was just getting into the swing of it, i did no practising at all, just a couple laps in qual then the race, no setup just standard lol

Hadn't done any praccy other than a quick two recon laps last night and missed all this eves practise and half of qually but thankfully got into the groove quickly. Didn't get the close racing I was expecting in these cars other than laps 1&2 then spent whole race with a 3-5+ sec gap either side.

The relentless shark kept me pressed until the very end  :)

I have generic base setup for most cars so no problem with that.
More than half a race I was managing my tyres - in lap 12 they were at 98 (read 80 something %) ...

When I took the gift, plan was not to push rather to manage the gap. I couldn`t match your lap times when I was behind but, when I hit in front, your tussle helped a bit.
Last 2 laps was just keeping it on track. Wasn`t look at mirror at all ...

Ok, no worries. Apologies to you also for the little contact on lap 1 - I wasn't planning to pass there, it just sort of happened..

Shame though that the close times in qually (8 cars separated by 3 tenths) did not translate into much close racing in the midfield. I just bumbled around on my own after lap 1. Congrats podium.

3 cars in front of me all took each other out on the old s/f straight!!  :o not quite sure how they managed that but was funny to watch  ;D though prob removed a great 4 way battle to the end.
27 laps also felt 5 laps too many in these fairly dull cars, albeit I enjoyed racing then when others were close by (lap1).

Again if we'd promoted the event better then may get bigger grids. Still not a single post from Srouk on the dedicated online racing sim section of the kunos site, and they just announced their 100,000th sign up to their website! Go figure  :P
We should have a nice swanky Srouk banner page on there as an advert to attract more racers.  :)

Full promotion will come in time, when everything else is set up. I don't want to go promoting too much when we don't have the necessary things in place to have proper championships yet.

I will put a post up on there soon though, just working on formatting it at the moment.

I managed to run out of fuel and had to pit.

Surprised I did better then my normal abysmal performance, in qually but on the first lap seemed to get taken out by a warping car. Managed to crawl back up the field. Shame about the server restarting!

The warping car was me, unfortunately. Sorry about that. :(

Yeah, bad luck Tibs. I knew it was you as Pete checked the replay when he quit out, but didnt want to finger point. I did notice your ping was around 50 odd, bit higher than most. Need to get onto the ISP!
