I was lucky I seemed to enjoy a slightly more speed on the straights than Apex, who seemed faster through corners. Not sure that would have been enough to get past if I hadn't hit the grid running while Apex took a couple of laps to warm up 8) Title: Re: UKGTR Season 21 - Mid-Ohio - Jul 12 Post by: spanner on July 15, 2015, 10:58:50 PM +0100 Grr i do have flashes of speed, havent lost it completely yet! Forgot that the green GTR has yokohamas on it. They took a good few laps to get up to grippy, but they do seem to have a slightly higher wear than the bridgstones. Plus the easy of lapping in practise fell apart as i just couldnt get my braking int the hairpin right during the race for a while. Shame to waste that amazing qually!
Title: Re: UKGTR Season 21 - Mid-Ohio - Jul 12 Post by: spanner on July 16, 2015, 08:10:15 PM +0100 I hope my issues are now over. I've been running a passive displyport to DVI adapter on my middle monitor, the one i use for GTR2. Now switched it to the direct DVI port on the graphics card.
