IMPORTANT:
-The PLP app VERSION 1.6 (http://www.assettocorsa.net/forum/index.php?threads/a-pit-lane-penalty-app-for-repeated-track-cutting-1-2.17852/) is required. The file is an attachment on the first message, download and install as it is.

How you get the Audi Sport quattro step1?, is it part of the dream pack?, I have dream pack 1 but not 2.

the quattro came in patch 1.2 for free.. you need to click the little spanner icon when choosing the car and then you can select step 1.

cheers, got it working, although I was getting checksum error soon as I got on the server, don't see the server anymore now..

I think picnic is just testing the server atm. It may come on and go off.

 Haven't tried the track yet, but what I remember from nk, is that it had some nice flowing tracks.

still don't worked I verify the integrity of the files, still same message..

Don't think the problem is on your side Burtoner. I just tried to go and see if it worked for me, but I also got the checksum error. Then I set my server to test and it worked without a problem. So I think it's server side problem.

Sutol and myself were on for an hour yesterday, he had the checksum error, re-installed the track then all was good. Hope this helps, looks like another recipe for a good race.

Mine is a clean install of the track, from the link in the invite and it gives a checksum error. On my own server it's with the clean install of the track and no problem  ???

i have just this second tried it and it works. im on straight away.

Now I am really confused  :o I didn't change a thing from the last time today and now I could join without a problem when Chris was on too  ???

I meddled with the server probably about an hour ago so may have fixed the problem, I think it was a car mismatch from a recent AC upgrade.

However I seem unable to test this as since I put Prato on my PC my AC won't run. It's not simply a question of on this track, I try the Audi at Silverstone with the same result. If I do a Steam verify file thingy it hangs at 43% and then I can't shutdown the PC. That hangs until I hit the power switch.

Does AC work again if you delete Prato?

Looks like I have a problem with the hard drive, if I access the Audi S1 folder I get the problems. Event Viewer shows "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort2." with Event ID 11 when I go in there. I can't see it being a cabling fault as it only seems to happen when I access files at this place on the HD. Not having ever tried the S1 before I've no idea if this is a recent or long standing issue. However me thinks it be prudent to get a new drive before this one goes completely wrong.

Race server is finally up - losing the will to live with the stupid Manager program.... Just wouldn't save the cfg file tonight and no idea why.

So I just spent the last 30 minutes getting my Nvidia surround to work again after it randomly decided it wasn't giving me more than one screen. An uninstall of the driver and install again later and having booked into the server I now just get booted off the server on the joining sequence and can't get in.

SOMETIMES I REALLY HADDOCKING HATE COMPUTERS.

I'm not staying around for driving like that on lap 1. Its difficult enough to get enthusiasm tto drive these difficult cars to then find i've punted off and start off the race being a minute back  ???

I couldn't get on, no idea what problems is, but password in get the next screen loading logo comes up and dumps me back in the server list screen again, already reinstalled the game, still no luck, annoying thing was it was working other day!

Did you all abandon ship and race on Chris' server? Seems ours has no race results.

Hi, would it have caused the horrendous  pings that everyone was getting?

Shouldn't have, was that the reason for using Chris' server?

Does it work offline? If not double check the resolution set in game menus is correct.

right from the get go tonight the pings were hovering around 50 - 300 averaging about 150. wierd because i have been racing all week on the server when its been up with nothing but solid ping.

Yup your correct Simon!, was set to like something weird!

It happens to me when you run AC when not in NVidia Surround mode and then enable NVidia Surround and run AC again and it doesn't pick up the new resolution.
