Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.

rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

I can only get turn one right once every 5 laps or so. It's very tricky for old Hotkeys to get the raceline right without riding that  :cursing: :censored: :death: inner curb  ;D

I managed to get below 1.30 a couple of times, how are you guys doing?

If we (especially the aces)  practice  by using the 'leaderboard challenge', there would be a way to see how good/bad your laptimes are, and perhaps we could even learn from chasing each others hotlaps.

Just ran a few of these cars on Matt's server (good job I did as I'd managed to convince myself we were racing the Touring Classics this week  ::)). Cars seem quite evenly matched here and around 1:30 +/- a couple of tenths seems to be my pace in practice session. Default setups seem ok with one click back on final drive but would probably benefit from a bit of tweaking.

Don't see you on the Leaderboard tho  ::) :angel:

I've not had much chance to run anything here yet, so it will probably be my trusty Vauxhall that will be pressed into service  ::)

So, no Stig, no Tudor, heck the field will be decimated or decimalised or dessicated perhaps

Phew, another thriller :)

I got a good start from 3rd and squeezed between Tudor and Reinhard for the lead into T1, then spent 15 minutes frantically trying to stop Reinhard passing me, or trying to outbrake him into T3 after he out-dragged me on the back straight. Not sure what happened there Reinhard, but did I hit you trying to re-pass? Whatever it was, I was in the lead for a few minutes before stacking it and ending up back in 3rd, then a spin for Reinhard gave me 2nd and despite absolutely ragging it, Tudor was just too quick to catch.

you did not hit me,
i did spin, if i remember correct, i did downshift to quick, as i was try to brake as late as possible, as you did anytimes snatch inside after long straight with your car later can brake then my car, so i did try to brake extrem late, which end in a spin.
same i did later again, as i was in lead, the mustang have great topspeed, but very much bad brakes, haha.

so all was clean between us.

Well that was great fun, If I be honest best fun I had in while!

Great start 3rd place, then became 2nd till I had a slow down penalty and had to catch up again, had a great fight with Tony, and had to settle for 5th place.

Another fantastic night of racing by all  8)

I made an ok start but had to go shallow at T1 which meant I was slow on the drag up to T2. I could see Robert was going to try for an overtake up the inside so I decided to go for the cutback but he held it together brilliantly to take position....nice move  8) I spent a couple of laps scurrying around trying to fight my way back but Matt was soon up and past me putting me down to 5th  :(

Had a great scrap for a few laps with Matt and then Reinhard who eventually made a mistake and I found myself in the lead  :o Could see Jim was on a charge behind me for the last 5 laps but had enough of a gap to manage it to the flag for a win  :jumpjoy:

Amazingly we keep having great races with a fairly small field  ;D
We could do with a few more people spread across the field, if you have been thinking about maybe
joining in then don't think, please just come along and have some fun. There are a few occasional
bugs that are annoying, but mostly it is just darn good racing  :thumbup1:

Problem with Auto gearbox, it goes into reverse if I stand on brake and rev up, meaning I go backward off grid!  ::) ??? I forgot that, use to GTL where I can take off with wheel spin.  :taz: :rockon:

Other than that had a good drive, only lapped once with PB about 4 secs better than I had in practice. I race for fun so as long as I don't screw up someone else's race I'm happy.  ;)

Really enjoyed that. One of the best races I've had at this circuit which hasn't been one of faves. When you get a second in a race to actual look around at the scenery and the other cars etc it really is hard to tell that this is virtual.
Sorry I left promptly but I wanted to catch a telly program which started at nine.
