This race will be a rolling start following a formation lap and the procedure is as follows:

*It will be the pole sitter's responsibility to complete the first lap at a pace that allows the rest of the grid to follow comfortably
*There should be no overtaking or hard accelerating/braking
*Drivers should avoid getting too far behind or too close to the driver in front
*Approximately 20 seconds before crossing the start line the pole sitter should slow down to a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*Each following driver shall close up directly behind the driver in front also maintaining a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*The pole sitter should maintain that speed until they cross the start line and then accelerate away to start the race (lap2)
*Each following driver should only accelerate when the driver directly ahead does (they do not have to wait until crossing the start line)
*No overtaking is allowed before crossing the start line at the completion of the formation lap


Practice: 20:00 BST (30 mins)
Qual 2: 20:30 (15 mins)
Race: 20:45 ~ 60 Minutes

Cars allowed: Any car from "GTR3" Class
One car change allowed during the season without penalty
Track: Nuerburgring GP
Time of Day Setting: Afternoon
Weather: Dry

Start: Manual rolling start with formation lap
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption:  x2
Pit-stops: Minimum 1 stop required

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules (https://www.simracing.org.uk/index.php?pid=7) especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

well.... i beg to differ... i seam to have the odd fluke and get it right.. for one fast lap but miss the consistence though..   :-\
I have been playing with the FFB... aiming to get it to be as realistic as possible.. which has helped a little..  ???  ... i think..   ;D

No laps turned yet as I have a nasty headcold. Should be ok to race but my aim will be just to finish tonight.

Will try and make it tonight too. And apologies in advance for any crew chief fck ups, my testing has been a bit limited...

Throttle got stuck. I was minding my on business and crash, I pitted and thenI was a lap down after the pitstop. So I decided enough is enough.

That was very strange  :o Something seemed to happen at about 29 minutes and I lost control and spun off into the gravel. I then noticed all the timings seemed to be jumping around and drivers began to drop out until by race end there was only Eck, John and I still in game ??? I'm sure it was nothing to do with the drugs  O0

I wish I'd had a drink, maybe I'd have enjoyed that same effect. I didn't have a problem, during or after grid walk, so was able to drive of immediately (I even remembered the rolling start) with everyone else.

Spent the whole race in company, all of it good.

Some minor contact with Oscar, sorry sir, my fault entirely. Spent a short time motionless, I thought, we were both waiting for the other, no way to signal him to go. Then the message came up for Oscars "slow down", that wasn't deserved, at all.

installed win10 earlier in the week, updated my graphics card driver and logitech profiler on Saturday and did a few laps practice in RRRE, everything worked ok. Turned on computer on sunday night......G27 not being recognised. by the time I got it working the race had already started :(

Results are a bit delayed for this one because I forgot to add new cars to scoring system  :wheelchair:
