Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.

rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Just noticed in our LM2 lap record stats the Ruf is being recognised as a GT2 car instead of a GT3. Is there any way this can be sorted as I will probably be using both the GT2 and GT3 versions of the Ruf next season?

Think you should post this under RRE Admin or Dave may miss it?

Definitely worth getting imo. I'm looking forward to thraping the nackers off it over the course of this series  :)

If the race at the ring a couple of weeks back is a guide there is going to be some close racing with these.

Personal choice.. but I plan to use these every 6 weeks, so I think they are worth getting.

Was passed by Eck and Picnic by the end, but we were nose to tail half the time, I had an unfortunate wobble
in the last lap, which Pete saw coming fortunately, otherwise some excellent grown up door handle stuff  8)

These little cars are not that exciting for hot lapping, but make for some really close racing.

Another immense race - these things are so much fun for close racing. Please keep them coming :)

I used to be undecided, but I'm alright nowoooohhh

Plan is to run one series for lower powered easier drive stuff - NSU - DTM92 - Touring Classics
and another with power machine - Gr5 - GTO - M1 Procar.
I will have to see howthings pan out, but I might end up binning the power stuff, as some people don't like
or can't drive them. I can't drive them well, but do enjoy them. These little underpowered NSUs
do make for some incredible clse racing though  :D

Good fun last night, if a little tense towards the end with Eck piling on the pressure. For both NSU races I've been out front so haven't experienced close racing with them yet but I ran behind a few cars in practice and couldn't believe how good they looked compared to the AI.

As for the series, I think the GT and TC is a good plan. Personally I'm not so keen on the GTO cars but I still find them a nice challenge and will happily race them.

Why not combine the GTO and Gr5 cars? They don't seem that far apart....

Sorry for the delay on the grid last night - it took me most of the allotted minute to work out how many laps we would run, and how much fuel to put in..  ::)  Must be the heat..

Struggled on the first lap, but some great close laps again. Then got a slowdown and dropped back, but always fun to drive these NSUs. Congrats GT.


Sounds good to me - any or all of those car groups are fine with me.

I didn't know you could adjust fuel? I thought RRE did that for you.

It used to be that way, but after an update a few months (?) ago you can now specify whatever fuel you want. Although maybe the default race fuel it gives you is estimated to be about right anyway, I'm not sure.

GTO and Gr5 do seem well matched, the GTOs seem a bit faster at Spa, and the Gr5 are faster at Salzburgring
what to do with the Procar? and what about a separate NSU series running every 3rd week?

There's lots of options for running different classes together in one championship. The Touring Classic and DTM '92 are very close and even the Procar could happily run alongside them if it doesn't warrant its own series.

The NSU seems to be proving popular so maybe a more regular appearance would work. Suck and see would be my advice, the way you organise your seasons is open ended and flexible so you could always adapt to popularity.

A NSU series gets my vote too :D
