I'm finding the car very stable in the sweepers - It's the fast chicanes that bite!

This car is a joy to drive around here  8) made for each other, love it, just wish I'd had the spare time to be able to properly throw the car about with confidence as it seems to revel in it here  :tt1:

Are you using my setup now or did you revert to yours?  I notice you've gone somewhat faster since I left the server!

Rookie mistake from me, forgot it was AC and not RRE so put it in to gear before the lights went out. Drive through for me  :-[  ::)

Well that was short..

Usual first lap, too nervous on cold tyres, lost a few places. Got a couple back on lap 2, then had 3 moments within the next couple of laps accidentally shifting into first. Lock-up and spin the first couple, the third time (not surprisingly) killed the car. The end. Fun series though, thanks to the organisers.

Congrats podium.

You can do that, just make sure to press that other pedal next to the brake ;).

Great combo, great race  8) really enjoyed that.

Best qually of the series for me popping the car in 2nd place  :o :) and wasn't even my quickest lap!

Got a good start and chased Felix hard for the first 13 minutes until Maikel closed on me. Knew him and FMG were 2:06 boys here so it was inevitable they would catch me at some point so didn't fight too hard to let Maikel through at T1.
FMG was next up to close on me but as I went to brake and downshift at T1 I got a horrid gfx shudder that screwed me right up and despite hanging on for dear life I got a tank slapper  >:( This had happened a lap or two earlier with Maikel at T1 so wonder if one of the skins has a glitch that caused the shudder/stutter  :-\ as never happened again during race.
I expected the pair of them to disappear up the road but I was able to stay pretty close to Maikel for the remainder of the race. I was hoping he would make an error or get a wobble but it wasn't to be and I finished a solid 4th.
The car felt great flicking through the sweeping turns here, great fun in older mechanical grip cars this series  :thumbup1:

Always love driving this track. Shame I just didn't have the time to practise and fix my setup.
Yesterday was the somewhat the same as last week. A great first half amd then a sudden loss of grip and the second half we sliding and wobbling all over the place  ;D
Even managed to mess up my quali, though luckily I had a good start. Was slowly gaining on MJ bu then half way through the race I missed my heel and toe downshift which almost spun the car around, after that the grip was dropping. Still a good track to drift across  8)

Definitely enjoyed the series. I enjoy racing these " not much used elsewhere " cars  ;D

The SCG should be interesting aswell. Basically a single car "somewhat GT3" series  ;D

Did anybody capture the replay for me, for moderating purpose?

I've got it - don't have the Qualifying for some reason though.
If it doesn't appear in the mean time then I'll upload it later tonight if I remember  :)

I had a great race starting from the 2nd to last row behind Maikel after we both ruined our qualifying laps  ;D
It was great fun trying to work back through the pack while also trying to chase him down - it wasn't until after clearing Jonzo I started to get close.
Then Maikel kindly let me passed on his own  ;)

I'm guessing you were using a fairly open diff Maikel? I was faster with power set to the middle setting, but ran it at the tightest setting for the race to keep stability towards the end.
The only downside to that is that the car is a bit awkward over the first 10 mins or so of racing when doing that..

Thanks, I kept forgetting to ask for it :). I have it downloaded, so you can delete it if you require the space :).

EDIT: First lap looked clean, so the standings will remain as they are.
