Make sure you have downloaded the 32 pits version which is in the opening post. It adds a version with 32 garages and leaves the original track alone.

Practice server is up - this add on seems to cause the ACServerManager a bit of grief so please give it a go to make sure you can connect ok.

I posted a setup on stracker. It's a stable setup for me, not sure about pace wise, but it's a good base for me.

Ventured out last night;  but this was not the Zandvoort I was expecting!  Comparing the track with the GPL map, explained my initial confusion...

I'm still classing this at the moment as a personal test session.  But thanks for the posts in the previous threads regarding tyre pressures.  After pumping them them up by about 7-8psi it does indeed seem less prone to wandering over the track.   Although I'm still trying to get the hang of this 'beast', so it's not all exactly neat & tidy.

I'll have another session later;   hopefully will improve enough to think about getting out on track tomorrow.

Cheers,
Dave.

Based on last nights GPL race I may not cover myself in glory tonight.
I'm really struggling to hold my concentration into the evenings still  :-[

I will not be home for the race because the U.S. does not change their clocks until Nov. 5th.  ::)

Sorry, but no show here also - no time for practice this time, and got back too late from work this evening. Should be there next week.

A day to forget
Banned (rightly) from the qualify session, starting from pits. Angry vamp from last position to 7th until 2 mins to end. I had a great fight against Thorpe, I hit him slowly, I pull up the throttle and restored the position, but want to excuse, was my faultm I had calculate the gap really bad.
In the end ping increased until 1500 (maybe Win auto update or something), cars warping and ending the race on the wall...
Very sad, now head down on the next race, thank everyone for the fun and gratz to the winner!

I had a great race... i didnt expect it as i hate zandvoort but i really did enjoy it..

I had very little practise here despite my earlier comments i did next to no practise.. went into the qual and managed 4th.

Started reasonable but had a pretty dramatic sideways moment kn the uphill hairpin which allowed maikel a spot in front.. just worked hard and tried to be consistant managed to get 3rd secured and jeffery was over 4 seconds in front.. i just put my head down, dis some decent laps and eventually managed to reel him in.. 2nd to last lap we were side by side for pretty much all of the first sector.. great driving on both sodes there.. snatched 2nd and ftried to reel felix in but it was no good, he managed to gain a little whilst i was making moves of jeffery.

Enjoyable series so far.. thumbs up.

:thumbup2:  After two non finishes managed the whole race last night with only one small mishap.  For me a difficult car, track I'm not too fond of so a result all the same. As ChisR says, a very enjoyable series, hope more attend next week.

Sorry I bailed last night, I was 2+ secs slower than anyone else and was falling off more than staying on. I didn't want to ruin anyone's race so stayed out of the way.

You guys seem to be getting better in these while I've gone the other way  :'(

I had a nice race. My setup turned out to be to understeery with a race fuel load. I had to let Bob go after the first few laps, then made another slight mistake out of Malborocorner. My pace got better in the latter part of the race and was looking for a battle with Bob, Chris T and PorcoRosso.
Unfortunately the Porko's car started warping badly before turning invisible. That resulted in contact and off if was into the armco. Lost another place, but could make the last two laps for a finish.

Another enjoyable outing nevertheless. I am very much enjoying these cars. Thanks all for racing.

Congratulations to the podium, you will surely have fun in being so close.

My race was gray. I started badly; then i drove, for all race, 0.3-0.4 seconds slower compared to the previous days. A 4th place that reflects the performance given.

I immediatly lost 1,5s on the first lap, but halfway through the race I was able to get a bit closer to Felix. As soon as I got in the dirty air, I lost all downforce over my front wing, whch made it hard to follow him. Even when I was within a second and my rear wing folded away, I couldn't really gain anything  :P.

I also saw "The Torpedo" in my rear view mirror in lap 1, making a straight out of the chicane  ;D.

Last lap Chris had a run on me into turn 1. We went side by side into the corner and at the exit, Helicorsa fooled me again. I saw it was yellow, so I thought he was alongside, which made me take a tighter exit line and leave a car's width, but in the replay I saw that he was actually behind me and due to my tighter line, he got a better exit and we went side by side through the next few corners. That was great fun, especially in these things. I don't really care about the position lost, it's these battles which is why I'm here  ;D.

Grats to Felix, he never buckled under the "pressure". :)

Unfortunatly that went about as badly as I expected.
I'm almost 2 seconds off the practice time I achieved before my trip - Concentration in the evenings is proving to be difficult for me at the moment  :(

On that note sorry to Chris I think it was for the bump over the crest, you slowed before I expected you too and I was still light and couldn't shed enough speed myself.

Glad you seemed able to continue with no real loss of pace apparent.

Bring on next week. Hopefully I'll be slightly more awake!

No worries Mr Jacket, I'm always a slow starter and like to feel my way in. I think I ended up where I would have expected so no harm done.

I enjoyed the race especially the duel with the Red Pig who definitely had more pace than me. But I managed to frustrate him for quite a few laps until we had a coming together which nearly let Stefan get back 2 places. Eventually the RP got by but then warped into hyperspace and I got past again. Was very slowly reeling Bob in but not enough laps left.
