Title: Is this a good definition of Irony?
Post by: Jeep on December 10, 2017, 11:24:03 AM +0000
We were going to take our Grandson to see Father Christmas today.

Unfortunately he has had to cancel due to the snow.

Sheesh, hope it doesn't snow on Christmas Eve. There will be a lot of disappointed children on Christmas morning. :)

Doh - how daft and disappointing for the grandson.

Don't know where all this snow is.  The BBC promised 4" of the stuff in North Yorkshire and I've only seen a couple of flakes!

Do you know how expensive winter hooves are? If he needs to fit all the reindeer with a full set, there is no money for presents.
