Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read

If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Had an hour to spare this afternoon and thought..."I'll check that I am all good for the race on Wednesday for the Nurburgring", fully expecting to be wrestling these cars around the full Nordschleife.

Well rolled out of the pits and that was a shock lol!!!....and quite a relief that it was not "the green hell". Can't say that I found this new Nurby simple to learn, that T1 is a beast to get right :-\   In all of the 10 or so laps I did, I think I got it anywhere near right even once!!!  Plus the chicane at the end of the straight was also a lottery!!
Either the car ploughed on with terminal understeer, or if I got on the power slightly too soon the tail end came around and there was no stopping a spin.

You have been warned that there will be a mobile chicane at T1 for this race.  ::)

After the Nurburgring races I will be taking some holiday down in Cornwall, so you will be spared my excuses for two weeks  ;)

However.....some of you might recall a few episodes that I posted about the mythical pitcrew, Mabel and Arnold,  a while back. It started me thinking, which is always dangerous!!  ::)
For the past couple of years I have been working intermittently on a novel based around the Mabel and Arnold characters and that project is getting close to completion. Working title atm is "The A&M Chronicles. Arrival"

The final chapters are sketched out and the first 75% of the book has been proof read and edited, and re-edited, to completion. Hopefully during 2 weeks of peace and quiet overlooking a quiet Cornish beach I can get this book finished. Then, if I can complete the editing and master the technology, I will try and upload it as a WORD file on Dropbox or some similar download site.....maybe before Christmas.?

If this little project is well received there are some ideas in my head for a sequel,  or maybe even a Prequel...."A before M" . But that is in the future.

Couldn't think of any better Christmas present, Clive. :thumbup2:
