Title: Re: RRE Season 5 (2018) R3E WTCC Series - Brands Hatch - Mar 18 Post by: picnic on March 19, 2018, 11:48:39 AM +0000 My left front tyre indicator was flashing red is this normal? It is for me in these cars. I can do the shorter race with it just turning yellow but the longer race I had the front left flashing. Last race I think I both fronts flashing.Title: Re: RRE Season 5 (2018) R3E WTCC Series - Brands Hatch - Mar 18 Post by: roguk on March 19, 2018, 01:30:58 PM +0000 Hi these cars front wheel drive and fixed tyres and tyre pressures i suppose it comes down to driving style ie hard braking and brake balance.
Title: Re: RRE Season 5 (2018) R3E WTCC Series - Brands Hatch - Mar 18 Post by: phspok on March 19, 2018, 03:20:31 PM +0000 I had some fun in these. Race one banged doors with Spanner a bit, but managed to get in front and stay there
Race 2, banged some doors with Picnic, and his doors must be a lot stronger as I came off badly and had to go to the back of the room :o Then with the confidence gained from race one, kept getting the entry to the last corner all wrong and spun there at least 3 times, must have given Larry a sjock, as I kept passing then throwing it into the dust.... Watched Larry, and it "seemed" that you were driving these like rear wheel drive? you need to keep the power on a bit through the corners with these front drive cars to help pull the nose round. Perhaps you were, but it didn't look that way ::) |
