Password: see above (#post_event_password) Practice: 20:00 (30 mins) Qual 2: 20:30 (15 mins) Race: 20:45 R1 15mins, R2 20mins Cars allowed: 2017 WTCC Track: Macau Time of Day Setting: 13:00 Weather: Dry Start: Standing start for both races, reverse grid for second race Tyre wear: Normal Fuel consumption: Normal Pit-stops: None required Server: Simracing.org.uk WTCC Password: see above Notes: (1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage. (2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the rules about in-game chat messages. (3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the relevant Track Packs for this series (4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit. (5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface) Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this. Congratulations to Picnic who was a deserved winner and always seemed to have an edge over the rest of us A mixture of R3E & AC fun races coming up for the next few weeks until the new bi-weekly R3E GT3 Series begins! Title: Re: RRE Season 5 (2018) R3E WTCC Series - Macau - May 13 Post by: spanner on May 14, 2018, 09:09:02 PM +0100 Just found the car too unpredictable; too sensitive on entry then would understeer on exit. Too many times i would start turning for the corner , but the car would react too much and would dart to the inside barrier/ wall. In some of the corners i was getting penalised for cutting the track which i hit the barriers on the inside!
I thought i was reasonable comfortable around here, we have raced here before but with this car and quicker speeds was struggling to work out what the next corner was. |
