*There should be no overtaking or hard accelerating/braking
*Drivers should avoid getting too far behind or too close to the driver in front
*Approximately 20 seconds before crossing the start line the pole sitter should slow down to a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*Each following driver shall close up directly behind the driver in front also maintaining a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*The pole sitter should maintain that speed until they cross the start line and then accelerate away to start the race (lap2)
*Each following driver should only accelerate when the driver directly ahead does (they do not have to wait until crossing the start line)
*No overtaking is allowed before crossing the start line at the completion of the formation lap
(6) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)

Enjoyed my first outing in the GT3s, although the second half of the race was fairly lonely after my spin at the final turn early on.

Sorry about rushing off at the beginning, I forgot it was a rolling start.  ::)

Congrats to the podium    cya all at Zhuhai on Thursday.

Sorry to see you spin off Geoff. That gifted me the lead, but a mistake from me allowed Pete by, and then another from Pete allowed me back to the front again. Nothing between us though, and enjoyed the race. Thanks all, congrats Pete and Eck.

Sorry to see you spin off Geoff.

Only corner I had traction problems at, which seemed a bit odd to me. It was uphill so more of the weight would have been over the rear wheels which in theory should give more grip.  ???

I really didn't feel competitive last night. I think my few offs, where I understeered wide, were less penalised than the mistakes others made. I couldn't match Geoff's pace at the start, Dieter caught me at a great rates of knots after he cleared the other guys and Eck was gaining fast at the end too. I feel I lucked in to 2nd place really  ::)

Yes, I felt I had to compromise my whole setup just to get out of that corner with safety, even with level 3 TC. I think the exit is slightly off-camber, maybe that is why.

I really didn't feel competitive last night.

I disagree..!

I Always enjoy Sachsenring, fast flowing circuit, must be an insane track to race on in real life!

Had a good battle in the first half of the race before loosing touch with the others, compounded by running wide a couple of times while trying to lean on it.
