I enjoyed last weeks race (maybe a little too much) but shouldn't this be an M1 race?... It will have been a fortnight since the last one of those.

I defer to you of course, boss...  :-[

I am famous for messing up dates, and counting is not my strong suit
but, there are 3 series, this is 1st event for the new DTM92/Touring Classics series.
Next week will be the 2nd M1 event. "I think"

By 'eck, never even paid attention to the there being a slight possibility of a 3rd series... or that series having another date...  :-[

See, I was correct to defer to you...  ;D

We are still slightly adrift from our quarterly target, so if you haven't contributed yet, please don't forget to do so  :helpsmilie:

Err whats going on with the timings?

Practice: 19:28 BST (30 mins)
Qual 2: 20:08 (15 mins)

Its not BST

unusual start/ finish times! and practise looks to be 40mins not 30mins!

OK Riccardo, was probably a bit ambitious trying to go around the outside anyway. Was good fun until then.

Congrats to Massimo, John & Riccardo

Sorry :-[ after falling off twice in the rest of the lap i decided to quit.

But it is hard to drive normal lines when Ken Block is driving in front!

Had some fun with this one, was chasing/falling off with Alessandro for a few laps, then he went off
so repeat repeat, eventually I ran out of talent and bent the front badly into a fence, took an age
to get out of the slippery swedish gravel, and everyone was long gone, so quit, fun while it lasted  ;D

I truly wish I hadn't taken the Rally special. While I was having a lot of fun drifting (I'd obviously been annoying Mark with these antics too  :-[), I was having to concentrate way too much. So as soon as I wasn't in a race, I lost the plot completely.

I was once so far from the racing surface, all four wheels digging for all they were worth in the afore mentioned Swedish gravel, watching Martin disappear into the distance. I really could have been on a stage of Rally Sweden at that point (had there been a tree, I'd have wrapped my car around it). I too just gave up, very soon after that.
