Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read
Autopit="0"
Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Special Notes: None

Lost my focus and I went one too many laps on my tires.  Those green lap post's are solid, killed the engine.  Oh well a fun race on a track I enjoy.  Good time following Tony and Roger, we were very close most of the time I was in the race.  Grats to the podium and the series champ!!!!!

I discovered Tony's new policy on corner cutting the hard way last night......exploding marker posts!!!!  I was slightly unsighted through the tricky esses at the bottom of the hill and was perhaps a little too eager to get on the gas for the exit and chase Franky's DB4.  As a consequence, I strayed a little onto the inner grass verge, which pulled the car even more onto the grass, before it all ended rather suddenly in a big bang  :o. My car was parked in a flaming ball of fire right across the track.  :-\
I knew that others would be barrelling through the blind corner behind, so I hit the "ESC" key asap in the hope that I cleared the track and involved no-one else in my fireball.
Grats to Geoffers and Erling on the championship top spots. Fortunately my demise did not affect my final standing, but it would have been nice to finish the season by finishing the race.
Grats to Tony for organising and to all who took part.  ;D

but it would have been nice to finish the season by finishing the race.

Same here.  ::)

Was all going well, had a fun battle with Erling & Franky for the first couple of laps then succeeded in opening a bit of a gap. Stupidly got drawn into trying to go faster & post a 3.03 lap, on lap 8 I was well over half a second up on my previous best at the second split but ran a bit wide at the first fast left at the top of the track, got 2 wheels in the gravel which pulled the car off the track. Nearly got back on when the end of the barriers jumped in front of me & stopped the car dead, it was still running but took an age to get the car free & then on the grass it would not do anything other than go in a straight line, so had no choice but to quit  >:(. Luckily had already wrapped up the series win.

Congrats to Erling, Rog & Tony (only finishers!)  :clap: :clap: :clap:

Also congrats to Erling & Clive on the series podium.  :clap: :clap:

Finally thanks to Tony for organising & Ziu for devising the series.  :notworthy: :notworthy:

Really like this track, so delighted when Tony was able to reschedule it after the server went belly up on the original date.

Getting pole was encouraging, but as usual lost the lead at the start (and Dan wasn't even there..  ::))  Reclaimed it from Franky at the end of L1. Gave his car a small nudge in the process - sorry - and was afraid it might spin, so deliberately stayed so close that there simply wouldn't be room for it  :)

Geoffers slipped through too, and when he got a better exit from the tricky esses, I couldn't prevent him from getting past on the following straight (well I could, but it would not have been very nice..  ;))  He stretched the gap to some 4 secs, inadvertantly helped by myself, by overdriving the car and making small mistakes.

Did not intend to change tyres, and could do 10 laps in a stint, so plan was to stop after 10 laps and take on 5 laps worth of fuel, which was enough for 6 laps.  Contemplated stopping after lap 8 instead, hoping to fool Geoffers into thinking I would change tyres and possibly prompt him to do the same, if he felt he had enough time. A long shot for sure, but all part of the tactical game  ;)   All became moot however, when I saw two small dust plumes, indicating an off by Geoffers.  Couldn't see his car anywhere though, but did hear a faint engine rumble off to the right, shortly past the plumes, so maybe.. ?   Kept looking for his car up ahead, but couldn't see it.  Pit board still showed me in 2nd, but that was because he had Escaped to the pits.  Shortly after came the message that he had left.

Great shame Geoff; had hoped for a battle to the end, but small, innocent mistakes can have big consequences on this track - sad to see the high attrition in general.  With Geoffers gone and a fair gap to the car behind, excitement fizzled out.  Rest very lonely; only other car I saw was poor Franky, hopelessly stuck in a field.

Grats to Rog & Tony on the podiums, Geoffers on the series win of course, and Clive on 3rd  :clap: :clap: :clap:
