The division specific rules are the same as last season. This poll is for both the Works and Privateers divisions. There is no direct handicap, other than tokens. Please check the Season 34 pages for details (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R&group=663&theme=6) regarding rules and the Graduates Cup pages (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R&group=665&theme=6) in particular. This season, races are to be run again at 60 frames per second – please use this patch 60fpsV2newmod (http://srmz.net/index.php?showtopic=4584#entry33919) Drivers must complete 50% of each race to score points but tokens are earned for making a race start. The races will be run as follows: Car set: 67 F1 only Date: Every second Sunday from 13th January 2019 Time: No later than 9:00pm UK Time (30-60 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm) Race Length: 50 minutes Damage Model: Pro (Works - NO Shift R)) Server: TBA Race List: IGOR Division Moderator: Billy Nobrakes / Evil Clive Provisional calendar as follows:
The provisional calendar may be changed at the discretion of the Divisional Moderator. Handicapping There will be no handicapping. The tokens system will be used which is actually a chassis levelling system, not a form of handicapping. There is no red zone for this championship. Drivers are reminded that Lap 1 incidents do carry an extra 1 place penalty. Only reported incidents will be moderated. If you would like to enter this series please submit an entry in the poll. Given it looks likely I'll be racing the 67's in Assetto Corsa at some point this year I'm not too interested in the normal mod, but could be tempted by the novelty of the 67x.. We haven't discussed this in the mods or drivers forums. The 67x is effectively a new mod (different physics as well as graphics) so we would have to ask Giz to create another car set in SRou. Trying to import 67x results as 67 results (if SRou allowed it) would cause all sorts of problems with the UKGPL lap and race record times. So given the timescales (Season 34 starts on 13/01/2018) it isn't feasible to try to run the 67x in place of the original 67s for season 34.Given it looks likely I'll be racing the 67's in Assetto Corsa at some point this year I'm not too interested in the normal mod, but could be tempted by the novelty of the 67x.. The online 67x version has been driven by the Funliga so I learned pretty well its pros and cons... (Main difference is Privateers are allowed one reset). Do you know what standard you are at? If not what sort of lap times do you have at Rouen?
