I have disabled intel speed step but still 2 freezes. I used W10 not W7 I removed GINfix and could run 15 laps without issues. Problem is there is no flagman ! I made each gear a bit shorter.

I have installed the GINfix I was using 36fps. Maybe it is because of 36fps. Here it runs well with 60fps. But I had a big freeze with computer-restart at Virginia. So for me Assen is better in every way.
