I'm certain that some of our members still have GTR2 on their hard drives. We just don't organise any races for GTR2 anymore, due to diminished grids and more modern sims being released. Have you posted at Race Department? They have GTR2 content but I'm not able to say if they run GTR2 events.
I do not know what the Miniville mod is, but anyway it has nothing to do with my avatar.
