Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules (https://www.simracing.org.uk/index.php?pid=7) especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

that was very exciting first part of the race luckily I checked the race time and saw it was 30min and thought nothing of it otherwise i would have warned the others thinking it was the norm! very tricky in these cars because you make a mistake and you are 4 seconds behind and it takes ages to catch up again when the top 3 are as fast as each other good racing and shame the server wasn't set right for the second race was looking forward to another close battle! still cant be helped.

Indeed. Fun and close racing from the start. Sorry for the contact at T1 John, when you lost touch slightly with me and Geoff. Don't think my fault, but apologies if so. You got me back when I half-rolled it, and then of course I didn't notice the longer race length and ran out of fuel..

Still fun. Congrats podium.

Missed race time changed from 2 times 20 minutes, checked on iPad and the calling notices showed no change! I therefore assumed that’s what we would do. I think Geoff stopped for a fuel top up as I saw him leaving the pits. I ran out of fuel with about 3:45 minutes left. Other than that I had an enjoyable night with PB in qualifying but too many unforced errors in the race.  ::)

I too never noticed we were not doing the 2x20 min race. Spotted the issue about half way through so ended up driving really slowly to make the fuel last. Did a great job as it started spluttering just as I crossed the finish line.

Don't know if it's me of the game updates but I was almost a second of my PB here last night which meant I was never really able to battle with the 3 front runners :( Well done to all those who turned up.

Like everyone but John, I too missed that the race time was set to 30mins & not the advertised 20mins, so only had enough fuel for the shorter distance. Only realised when after driving for around 10mins the clock still showed 19mins plus to go. So just kept driving until the car started to splutter, which luckily was approaching the final turn, so headed for the pits. As I hadn't set up any pitstop presets I thought it was race over, but when I stopped at my pit the car was refuelled so was able to rejoin & finish the race.

I seem to be getting more absent minded lately, would anyone like to take over this role? I will help as much as I can.

I didn’t try a  pit stop as I made some changes a long time ago and I didn’t know how I left it.  ??? A quick look at a pit stop and it is “Simples”, once I realised it was automated and the 4 direction arrows made the selections!  8)

Hi Frex no mate not your fault at all i was well past the limit on the brakes which is the only way to pass in these thing, certainly cant pass with the acceleration there isnt any lol
