Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

*Approximately 20 seconds before crossing the start line the pole sitter should slow down to a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*Each following driver shall close up directly behind the driver in front also maintaining a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*The pole sitter should maintain that speed until they cross the start line and then accelerate away to start the race (lap2)
*Each following driver should only accelerate when the driver directly ahead does (they do not have to wait until crossing the start line)
*No overtaking is allowed before crossing the start line at the completion of the formation lap

Hi everyone. Returning to online sim racing after many years and interested in participating in some RRE league racing. This one seems like it would be fun, if you're looking for more participants.

My G25 wheel is misbehaving, I’ll give this race miss. Still trying to sort it out.

Any tips or setup tips for driving the GT2?

Because Mid-Ohio was really terrible.

Great race.  ;D Had a race long duel with Birger,  :thumbup1: shame Tony went off, could have been a superb 3 way.

Toni, can you add your country to your profile so you can get a nice little flag next to your name .

Great race.  ;D Had a race long duel with Birger,  :thumbup1: shame Tony went off, could have been a superb 3 way.

First podium  :jumpjoy: (and first from the slower guys  ;D)

Strange that after a terrible Mid-Ohio, now a great Spa (maybe the smell of home ground  ;D). Had more time to find a race setup due to holiday (thx Martin for the setup, but was totally different than that i used yesterday, so sticked to my setup). First time with a slight difference in tire press. and camber for left and right and changed also the brake bias during race (if i didn't forget  ;))

For the race, sorry towards Andre for the confusing during the formation lap. But qualied 3th and didn't wathed the end of quali. Didn't payed attention during start and was surprised you where in front of me. Luckily i tooked 4th position   :whistling:

After two laps Andre spinned in the Piff Paff, and i came under pressure from Martin.

First after going a little wide in Pouhon i left room from Martin in the next turn to pass me, but Martin didn't risked it and stayed behind me. From that moment i defended my position  ;D

An intense moment 1/3th into the race, i think when Martin had a good run on the Raiddilon and tried to overtake me into Les Combes (Martin tried the right on Kemmel went also right and Martin switched to the left for a good position in to Les Combes. I stayed right and had a good braking zone and stayed in front). After that the battle went on because i went a little wide in Bruxeles and due to that we went two wide into no name or Jacky Ickx corner, stayed two wide in to Pouhon, where Martin backed off. Some laps later i had a lockdown into the bus-stop, but luckily Martin copied my mistake  ;D. A little bit before halfway Martin passed me on the inside in La Source.
He had more pace and tooked 3sec on me, I pushed to stay close if he made a mistake i could overtake him back and yes after some laps a spinned Martin in Les Combes, and had directly a gap of 4sec.
During that moment i feeled that the front had some wear and pushed the TC 2 places up, to have more confidence in the car. stayed +/- 3sec in front of Martin untill the last two laps, and lost each round almost a second in the bus-stop. But was managing the gap.
Martin catched me in the last bus-stop corner and gap was only 0.4sec on the finish line.

Was slower than Martin and Andre, but didn't spinned and had almost consistent lap time's.

Thx for the fight, at my home ground!!!!

Congrats Geoff, great win.

I made the same mistake twice at the final chicane when the car wanted to keep turning right but even without the mistakes it seemed like you were managing the gap. Every time I closed by a second or so you seemed to respond and restore the gap.

5 laps from the end I threw in the towel as I was running short on fuel, I'd had plenty left at Mid Ohio so went for the same again as I know Spa requires more time on the throttle, I obviously got it wrong this time.

Well done to Birger as well on the podium, you and Martin seemed to have a great battle. Every time I glanced at the timing bar at the top of the screen you seemed to be glued together. Seemed like a well driven clean race for all.

I had made that same mistake a few times when practicing Glenn, so was quite careful there in the race. Corvette was really good here & I think has a power advantage especially up the Kemmel straight. I wasn't managing the gap though, I was going as fast as I could, but after the first 4-5 laps I just did not have the same grip from the tyres & was losing 2-3 tenths through most corners later in the race.

Congrats to Glenn & Birger on the podium.

Hope Toni enjoyed his first race with us & will come back again.  :thumbup1:
