Alfa Romeo T33 or Porsche 910 only - equal number of races

Example:
Yes
5 x Alfa Romeo T33 and 5x  Porsche 910

No
2 x Alfa Romeo T33 and 8 x Porsche 910

I have not read the part over, there is no need to be angry.

I don't think Cookie is angry, he is just trying to highlight where the rules are written. Perhaps he could have used a smaller font?

We have made a lot of changes this season. The only championship that is the same as last season is the 55GP. So there is a lot to read and understand.

if you carefully read the race or registation post, all these discussions are obsolete.

If you don't understand, use deepl for good translation: https://www.deepl.com/translator

@ All

I updated the championship track list to Monza67 as it was not yet released when we set it up  ;)

I have download the Mod - although I'm wasn't able to get the brake light patch working last night.

I also skipped downloading some of the 67 SCX tracks that I never intend to drive (e.g. Targa Florio). It seems to work without.

The cars do behave quite differently to F1 cars so it will take a while to get to grips with this Mod & experiment with the set up. It was quite entrtaining throwing the Porsche around Goodwood.

Really not sure what sort of time I should be aiming for? With a little more work a 1.20 lap should be possible.

I'll see what the Alpah is like another day.

Yeah Billy , a good beginning with the Porky, it's driving like a F2  ;D
I made a test with the default setups and they are good driveable, with a some more tweaks for the white car 1:18 will be possible ;)

Probably me being thick but I can't get the Autoinstaller for the Brake Light Patch to work & the manual install instructions just look hideously complicated.

Just put the entire brake patch directory (SCX Mod Brake Lights Installer v1.00) inside the GPL folder (for me it is C:\Sierra\GPL). Then go into the directory C:\Sierra\GPL\SCX Mod Brake Lights Installer v1.00 and run the installer (SCX Mod Brake Lights Installer.exe).

It worked OK for me and the patch is very cool.

Hi this is Cookie the mod of Alfa vs Porsche Cup

informing you that we have a collision with other league GPLRACER on Tuesdays
and so some people can't race with us or have timing problems.

Friday seems a good evening to race, afaik there are no other leagues racing within hours.

Please give a short answer if it is ok for you if we switch to friday 20:45 UK time.

First race would be  17.07.2020

... do we want a successor of the Porsche Cup? ::)

The change of day from Tuesday to Friday clears up some racing conflicts with other GPL leagues.  As a consequence, I should be able to make every round from here on in.

Hey everyone, I've been racing in oAo for the last 10 months and was looking out for something new when I stumpled upon this series and thought that this looks great. Seeing how apparently there will be enough free seats on raceday, I'm wondering: 19 drivers have officially registered for this series but the grid is far off from being full each race, so I presume that I am right to assume that there should be an avalibale spot on the grid, am I right or wrong? And seeing hwo this is the third to last race, how does that affect my obligation to drive both cars equally often?

Just drive both cars at least once.

Welcome to the series, you should easily get a drive. With 19 drivers it is very unlikely everyone will turn up to race.
