Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read

If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Not just drivers, but anyone involved in sim-racing. I won't list names in case I overlook someone but you can look back at past seasons, in May, to see previous events where names may be given.

Now I am confused as always, I have at least three Monas in my list...should I practice the 69Mona 10K. If this is true I have an observation... The rookie wants to know...

Upon looking at Wed. race the GT-40 and the ISO are GT-65 cars whereas the Ferrari is GT-something 76, If I have the right track the former two cars can only go 14 laps without refueling the Ferrari can go all the way. Now, which would you or anyone else like myself with even only two neurons firing can figure out the Ferrari is the better bet...Just an observation.

Server showed both Monday and Wednesday sessions were running but sometimes they act like they own the place and stop of their own accord. Both have been re-started.

And beware the Ferrari brakes  ;D

Is the Ford GT40 the default one? The server is booting me with it.

The GT40's were not turned on for the server, they are now.

So, as well as the standard #840, you now have a few more lovely examples to dribble over.

I lost connection (I think) exactly when Kurt left the server, just like at Oulton BSCC. Why it sometimes happens and why only me, I don't understand, but it's no fun.
I hope everyone else is ok and has a good race.

Hristo lost connection at the begginning as well but i don't know why.

Congrats to Daz, Fulvio and Coyote once again. I had another magnificent chase with Daz so i am leaving the event with a smile on my face even though i had to retire.

I think we honor our sim racing friends with magnificent race watching the replay.

Disappointed not to finish this race in memory of some great guys. Maybe if I had not mentally "dozed off" on the banking I might have done better?? lol

A shame that a couple of drivers got disco'd early on, I saw Andy and Kurt drop out and then rounded Parabolica and had just turned on the gas in my Iso to discover a Hristo shaped Ferrari parked in the middle of the track...I was momentarily fully awake at that point in the race!!!!!  :scared: :scared:.
It became clear that I was losing ground to the Fezza's and Paddler's GT40 ( how did he get so much speed out of a GT40?? ) up ahead, but I was pulling away from the pack behind so that I was becoming more and more isolated. Eventually there were no cars visible ahead and no cars visible in the mirrors...I even wondered at one point if I was about to disco?....I guess that was when my focus was lost and I daydreamed into the armco on the banking.

Grats to the fast boys plus finishers, and commiserations to those who fell by the wayside.

Disappointing race I'd rather forget about.

Kept my 4th place behind the aliens after the start.  Upgraded to 3rd in a scary moment when Hristo's car froze in front of me.  Had things in control with a comfortable and growing gap to Fulvio behind, when one little stupid mistake sealed my fate.  Rear kicked out when entering the first Lesmo curve. No amount of lock would prevent it from coming round, and I ended up kissing the barrier, crippling the fragile Ferrari.

Car just wouldn't turn after that, and I could only watch in frustration as Fulvio crept closer and closer.  Tyre wear increased too, compounding the problem.  Came upon two solid black marks in Parabolica, ending at the pit entry and DD's car.  Thus inherited 2nd, but not for long.  Fulvio now close enough to slipstream past.  Final nail in the coffin when his car up ahead obscured my brake points at Parabolica, so I missed them and flew off, damaging the car further.  So slow now that even 3rd was now in peril - one more lap and I would probably have lost it too.

Grats to Daz & Fulvio and commiserations to the unfortunate ones.
