Title: UKGPL Season 37 (2020) Alfa vs Porsche Cup - Laguna Seca - Dec 18 Post by: Cookie on December 13, 2020, 11:58:01 AM +0000 Season 37 - SC67 - Alfa vs Porsche Cup – Round 10 - Laguna Seca
Laguna Seca The Monterey Peninsula’s love affair with world-class racing traces its beginnings to the inaugural running of the Pebble Beach Road Races in 1950. Those sports car events quickly outgrew the public roads of the Del Monte Forest and a beautiful new road racing facility was born on November 9, 1957. Please check the Season 37 details (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R&group=1102&theme=6) regarding rules and the Alfa vs Porsche Cup pages (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R&group=1122&theme=6) in particular.
Handicapping "Works" drivers will carry extra weight in form of 10 gallons of fuel (to remain in the tank after the race). Drivers are expected to behave in a fair and gentlemanly fashion and declare how much fuel they have left after the race. In order to ensure there will be 10 gallons of fuel left after the race, the minimum race fuel load for Works is expected to be:
Two resets will be allowed (there is no need to carry out a Stop and Go in the pit lane if you make a Shift-R). Drivers are reminded that Lap 1 incidents carry an extra 1 place penalty. Only reported incidents will be moderated. WIP
