Luvely car selection for this track. Love this one very much as it is my home track and spent quite some time (and money) there.

The pork was too fast for the rest of the cars and we watched Geoff take off in the distance. Jari had his setup dailed in suburbly as he managed to pass me and showed a better pace than me. Perhaps the Spa setup needed some tweaks. Jari and I had a race long battle with some position switches going on but I was not expecting him to let me go easily. To my suprise we saw a 911 at the horizon by the end of the race. Possibly tire wear was acting up? Last lap Geoff took to the gravel and I could sail home for the win.
Thanks Jari for the nice battle. :thumbup1:

Could someone put up the replay file please? I had turned it of because of my ongoing pc crashes. It held up tonight, which is promising.

After trying the Ferrari at Spa, I thought I would give the Porsche a go here, just to get some more AC experience with different cars. As Stefan said it is probably the fastest car here & I was able to put in some good laptimes with basically the default setup.

75% of the race went well, pulled away from Stefan & Jari in the early laps & settled into a comfortable pace but then it was the driver acting up, not the tyres Stefan  ::). First I completely missed the turn in to the fast double left at Hoge Heide, went all across the gravel & ploughed through the tyres at the chicane. This cut my lead down to 3s, but I thought, no problem, the car is fast enough to stay ahead. Then on the final lap I did the opposite & turned into the RHer before the hairpin too early, ran across the kerb too much & spun the car. Fortunately I was able to recover quite quickly & only lost one place!  ::)

Congrats to Stefan on the win & to Jari in 3rd.
